I like the living room and the dining table cause very spacious (just right for us to gather)But I would like to suggest that you have to put up a rectangle mirror in the tv /living room so easy for us to put on our tudung/scarf (this the apartment since me stay there)Or any suitable size of mirror in every bedroom.Another suggestion is, will you please put a portable stove, a soup pot and few stainless steel big spoons as well as a forcep. As a family who always like to stay together and cook for ourselves.

Overall it is good,except waited the room to ready to check in waited too long

Last time check in for the first time want to check in early..the room not yet ready within 4 hours to wait it to ready..very disappointed waited so long

Comfortable bed & pillows. Simple easy to go for shopping and food hunting as the hotel just above the shopping mall and various food vendors.

Odor from the toilet sink hole can be smell from the room. Decided to buy air freshener to solve the odor smell.

The iron board placed outside kinda spoil for a muslim client to iron clothes

No hot water in one of our room. The double bed is too small. The room is small.

During my stay, I noticed a few inconveniences that impacted the overall experience. The ironing board is located outside the room, which was quite unexpected. Additionally, if you wish to contact room service, you have to step out of the room to use a phone placed in the corridor, which is not ideal for comfort or privacy.The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the room itself lacked spaciousness. There's also no breakfast provided, which is a downside considering the price.Overall, if you're just looking for a quick overnight stay, it might be acceptable. However, in terms of value for money, there are likely better options available nearby.

toiletries should be added, and a rack to put the toiletries should be added near the shower head. put more small cupboard near the bed.

Convenient location. 10min drive from Airport. Many food options in close proximity to hotel within walking distance.Hot and cold water dispenser along common corridor of each level.12noon check out time.

Staffs were very friendly and nice, our children forgot things in room, called and they help to retrieved, and prepared at reception for us to take back. Thumbs up.

need to maintain the cleanliness especially the toilet..been staying here for 6 times and it always the toilet..got black stain on the sink, mold around the toilet.

The staff good, easy to find restaurant. The room clean.

Next time, give more budget to do some decoration at the lobby. For example, the valentine day decoration is very worst like no budget for it.
