Lack of somewhere to eat other than fast food. Breakfast had been swallowed up by a previous group of bikers and the food was not replaced

Easy access from main road.

I was placed in a room on the bottom floor. That type of room were the walls are so thin so you can hear the person next door sneeze or even put a plug in a socket. It’s not conducive to a restful sleep.

Last night before ferry so needed a simple room breakfast and easy to find and park. Spot on.

Availability, price cleanliness and comfort. Decent bath room and shower.

No common seating area.In room Tea and coffee supplies were mean.Rooms were very small and basic

I arrived late followed instructions. Gained entrance using provided code. Went to appropriate room. The door was locked! Instructions issued stated door open keys on pillow. There was noone to assist. I therefore had to leave and sorurce an alternative. Please refund me!!

Basic, comfortable, clean, affordable, great breakfast!

Quite cramped for space, on ground floor with no way of opening window and staying secure (i.e. no grilles or alternative ventilation)

Very comfortable room. A bit on the small side for two adults travelling with luggage. We were on motorcycles and had no issues with parking, and we felt the bikes were very safe.

The size of the room was a bit small.

Most of all I liked that the bed had a duvet. That was fantastic. Very good shower. Strong and hot. We had a quiet room facing a lawn at the back of the hotel. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking right in front of the hotel was perfect and free. Connection to the A28 was very good and close. This is my second time staying here.

Stayed again 11/12 April. Disappointed no dinner available in March but very good and enjoyable dinner in April and the Demi-Pension package makes it very good value. The breakfast is good, french style plus. Dog friendly. Bins and grass. Room quiet. Very good road access on edge of town.

The room was clean and tidy and everything worked. However it was very compact!! Especially with dog! (even though he's pretty small). Even the bathroom is extra compact. Would stay again but if for more than one night I'd check if they have any bigger rooms?

The bed was comfy, food reasonable & good location

Sadly the room was starting to look scruffy, with mould visible on the ceiling, which can obviously be a problem for people suffering respiratory problems

Room quite small

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location was good for me, easily accessible to motorways and vets handy for my dog. Nice places to eat in the nearby area, ended up going to a buffalo’s which was nice. Parking seemed plenty, although not secured (to be fair, I was not worried).

There was mould in my room in the corner of the ceiling, bathroom was a little on the small side with toilet being close to the shower.

Trouble finding it.Had No 8 on the booking then 438 when on the web only to find its No 1.Honestly thought we has been scammed.Did not expect it to be at the top of the road but once found impossile to miss.Rooms were too small and breakfast basic

Very pleasant receptionist (young lady). Decent breakfast

Bedrooms are very small and quite outdated.Manager wanted to charge us for our service dog as he was only in training. We told the receptionist that this was not permitted ( Loi française) and she spoke to the manager for us. We were not charged. Manager needs to update his knowledge with regards service dogs (those in training or otherwise).

great budget hotel stay, good evening meal and large choice breakfast.
