The hotel was a bit far from the city center. But there were many convenient shops around the hotel. Even the rooms without windows were very well ventilated. There was a filtered water fountain on the floor! Very practical. There was a coffee maker to make hot water in the room.

If Wi-Fi access is important to you, don't stay at this hotel. The network isn't available on all floors.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Aircon and wifi both worked well. Staff arranged a minibus pickup to Taman Negara for me.

It's a long hot sweaty walk from the bus station. It's easy to spot from a distance but the entrance is hard to see from the sidewalk in front. I had to ask for its location after walking past it twice.

Location of Jerantut is more handy if you want do teman negara in one day and continue furthet

Staff requred immediate payment on arrival.We booked 2 nights. Card terminal was broken, so we agreed to pay on departure. Around midnight of night two kids were locked out of their room, and told not to get back until payment in cash happened..Quite horrific. Dirty corners, filthy towels, cold shower,, broken locks.

location was great, surrounded with lots of shops, very convenient, easy to find

heater was not working, kettle has plastic smell after boiling, aircon remote need to set, cant set so cannot control the aircon

Had a bed…

The staff SUPER rude! Wanted us to walk 10 minutes night time to an ATM to take out cash for the payment. It says on booking.com that they take card, and that you only need cash for the deposit. We said we could pay the deposit cash and take out money the day after. Tried to explain that we were tired and didn’t want to walk 10 minutes night time for something that isn’t our problem really.Had to call the owner/boss TWICE. First the guy in the reception called (got a no), then we asked if we could speak with the other person (finally got yes). When we were finding the money for the deposit the guy suddenly yelled rude “HELLO MONEY?”. Told him we’re just finding it and counting. He answered “you have money?! Help you have”, just being really rude and disrespectful. Felt very uncomfortable because of him.Would NOT stay here

Friendly staff. Quite clean and well maintained.

Don't stay in rooms with windows. Fun fair next to hotel is super loud till midnight.

Nice hotel is in the middle of Jerantut city, all facilities are nearby, food and other facilities..

we didn’t managed to switch on the hot water. So maybe it didn’t work maybe it did..

For the price offered, im satisfied.Good water flow. Air conditioner function well. Towel provided.

The bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable.

There was no lock on a toilet door. The door were devastated, with a hole it it. The door lock didn’t work either. We only stayed in this room as we were moved to it after we kept loosing power in the room that we were booked in first. In the second room there were some rodent droppings on a bed. The room had a very unpleasant cigarette smell, you could smell cigarettes in the corridors too.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious room. Big window, nice view. Water to refill. Comfortable bed.

It was clean and comfortable, with sparkling white towels. No window but the room was a good size. Many places to eat nearby. The room has a kettle, cups and saucers

It's not near the bus/train stations, maybe 20 mins walk
