The enviroment
Look like swiming pool not maintain well. This is 2nd time I came here. 1st time pool water maintain well with the clorine. When the 2nd time stay there, look like no clorine added to pool. Pool water has change to green.
GOOD NATURE ENVIROMENT
DURING MY STAY THERE WAS NO WIFI & NO CHANNEL. LUCKILY I BROUGHT MY EXTENAL.OTHER THAN THESE, ALL OTHER ABSOLUTELY FINE.
Surrounding area
No TV channels, no WiFi, breakfast no refill, food finished. Will definitely not recommend to others.
room space and bed is comfy. this place near my parents house.
some facilities look old, no wifi, toilet leaking and pool is not really clean.
The location is quite far from Jerantut town, the ambience is good with greenery view, huge area as well - suitable for people who wants to escape from hustle and enjoy relaxing weekend. Kids love the pool. The staff were friendly & attentive.
You can’t control the aircond temperature, less choice for breakfast buffet, no telephone in room in case you want to call room service, i guess they’re short of staff to maintain the whole property.
Staff, space of room, fasilities and scenery ...
Toilet not clean enough, no towel hanger inside toilet, tv very poor
Bigger room
Location and cleanliness

Cafe is far from room for breakfastRoom is not cleanNo stuff inside the room (Laundry bag, tissue, etc)Got rubbish inside the binThe price is not reasonable with the condition of room. Nature surrounding is the best
Slimy bathroom. Been ages since they scrubed the wall tiles I think
located in deep of the jungle..
low maintenance
worth for money
not so much variety for breakfast
The breakfast meet my expectation and value for money.
