Personnel was nice but the hotel was really poor choice

The breakfast so poor The location is in the middle of nowhere and on the highway, no transportation there

Location safe and convenient for tourists.

Need more help downstairs for checking in and out.

We had just stayed at another Ibis Budget that we liked very well. This had almost identical décor (though no seats on the toilets - seems to be common in France). The rooms are snug but reasonably attractive.

The toilet did not function properly. I used it when we arrived and although it dumped a lot of water in the bowl, the contents went no where. I explained this to the manager. He told me a refund was impossible and no other rooms available.

Well, the bed looked clean. Apart from the hairs I found on the sheets.

I found it quite rundown. Dust and stains all over.

Location was good for us travelling from Orly airport. Very basic but clean. Just a bed for the night and a hot shower in the morning was all we needed.

We could hear the traffic which started very early in the morning. Would prefer a sink in the bathroom not in the bedroom.

Was close to the location I needed to work.

No adjustment for the AC and the room was cold. They took long to magnetize the keys when those stopped working, and it was a 3 day stay.

While a two-star hotel doesn't set high expectations, this one exceeded them in some areas.The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, being clean and well-maintained. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.However, the room's location facing the street proved to be noisy due to a poorly sealed window.The hotel's entrance gate posed an inconvenience as it could only be opened by the receptionist using a remote control. Her occasional absence behind the reception desk caused delays for guests, with one waiting over 15 minutes.Considering the affordable price, I found the stay to be satisfactory.

Hotel is located on the outskirts of Trappes in a commercial estate, so location is okay if you’re travelling by car. Not very close to the railway station, so we needed to get taxis back & forth. No cupboards or drawers to store clothes (just a small hanging rack with a few hangers & a shelf) so lived out of suitcases for 4 nights.

The room was clean and the shower was great. The free parking was good.

The gates to the car park shut in the evening and the hotel hadn’t communicated this or how to get in after they closed so one night we were waiting a while to get in. Also the hotel smelled of smoke when we first arrived and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on our first evening there.

Great for a one night stay to meet with family. Nice restaurant nearby and shop for road trip supplies

Room was cold even though it was summer, I understand it was facing north. Heating/air conditioning was not available.

Handy stop on road trip. Nice meal at the restaurant next door. Grabbed some croissants and bananas from cash and carry next door in the morning.

No lift if you have to carry heavy suitcases ?

Rooms were bigger than expected and pretty comfortable the 24/Hours concierge. It is a typical car travel on the road hotel, with a security parking closing that its also secure for my ground level room.

It is far from the train station and far from bus stations, along a national road in an industrial site so to come back the least busy hours or just after sunset could be not that safe and cool. Clean not as expected, they could do a bit more about it. Also I paid two different tarifs for a coffee with two different concierge: the with invoice was way less than the previous day without it... you could correct this that could seem a bit a spoiling thing.

Couldn't sleep noise all night

That the other room Tennants were banging and very noisy all night I could not sleep at all staff was lovely but the facilities weren't very good hot water wouldn't work trouble flushing toilet

The night staff were helpful.

The hotel smelled of smoke. The linens on the bed were meant to be white, but tinged yellow. Would never go again.

Location, cleanliness, quiet. Sometimes it is not standard in such budget hotels. Friendly English speaking staff.

Light from temperature regulator was a bit disturbing at night as it was located just beside the bed.
