Campanile Rennes Ouest - Cleunay

The breakfast was good, although repeatitive. The staff was friendly.

The toilet commode was dirty when I checked in and not cleaned even once during my entire stay for 6 nights. The room service only arranged the beds it seems. I was disappointed with room service.

Have stayed here before. Staff and cleaners friend my and helpful.

The booking in time is too rigid. If the room is ready - let people use it (after a long drive, had to wait for thé magic hour - 15h. Had to wander round supermarket to waste time).No bar or restaurant (always part of our stay previously). No warning of closure when booking.

Perfect location to visit Roazhon Park for late evening match. Very nice and helpful personnel.

Room and bedding smelled of smoke. Couldn’t sleep dude to people making noise next door.

No food on Fridays but gave opportunity to eat at Flunch and look at Rennes.

Bed moves away from wall when in it.

Location was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The firescape to our first floor room was in our opinion a safety hazared. The stairs were dirty and covered in slippy leaves. The wooden handrails were rotten in places and very loose. The outer door was very dirty inside and out.

The restaurant was not open, apparently the restaurant does not open on a Friday, we were not aware of this. We can not remember this information being available when making the booking.

Good location, really easy to find and very close to the motorway. Excellent service from all the staff in the hotel and in the restaurant the evening menu was good and at a very reasonable price.

Unfortunately the excellent service did not really compensate for the lack of comfort in the room. The room was hot and stuffy, with very poor ventilation. It would have been impossible to leave a window open all night, as all rooms lead directly off the car park. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was scruffy and not particularly clean. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed. Breakfast was disappointing.

The staff were helpful at all times

The accommodation was terrible, bathroom dirty, bed uncomfortable and nothing like the photos. The bar restaurant was only open for short periods, so not able to get a drink

Easy to find. important after a long ride on the motorbike. Locked gate on car park. Bike right outside the ground floor room. Wife appreciated the hair dryer.

Poor

The room is not clean and is too dark. You need to leave the blackout open but everyone is coming by on your windows and can see everything inside. You don´t have privacy so I had to let the blackout closed.

clean fit for purpose. felt secure. all very clean.

pillows were too soft - didn’t know what to write here as there was nothing really but my personal choice is a harder pillow
