The room was perfect, very spacious. The bathroom also great. And very close to down town!

I asked for a big window room and it didn't happen

Excellent location near train station. Large room well decorated with comfortable bed, good desk to work at and nice bathroom. The staff at the reception were super nice and efficient.

Breakfast was poor. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective and the room was cold. The location of the rooms on the lower floors was poor.

Unfortunately my room was located above the smoking area, which meant you sporadically smelt smoke in your room.

Surprisingly, the bed cover and bed sheet are not changed . Blood stains inside the cover, hair on the bed sheet, and dust on the pillow cover ! What did the cleaner do ? Just extend the bed sheet from previous tenant ???

Not too much space for your clothes. If you are 2 for several days then 4 hangers is not enough.

Clean and comfortable room on top floor, with good wifi. Good location for me, close to station, with plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Very good (weekend) price. Small bath.

Well-arranged room with necessary amenities like electric kettle w/ tea and coffee. Compact but nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Hangers for your clothes is also available. Very close to the train station, less than 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. A great deal for such a price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the wide choice of the breakfast food. The room was comfortable and practical. All was very clean. The oocation was excellent, just next door to the train station.

Shower power was not as strong as i would like but thankfully i did not need to wash my hair.

The service at the counter was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and polite, taking the time to answer all of my questions clearly. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the location is very convenient—it’s just a short walk from Rennes train station, practically right outside.

This is not my first visit, I have visited for like 3 times and I got a good room in the past. The booking was always under my friend names except this time. Anyway, in this stay, they give me a bad room. I requested to change from that bad room twice and they change me to another one. The new room was good but the bathroom was super smelly. the smell that come out from it so bad! during my stay, the electricity shuts down in the room (the card did not work anymore and they had to fix it. It was not a big issue, but the stuff requests me to move back to that bad old room was unprofessional thing. As a researcher, I have been in more than 30 countries, +100 hotels, if a customer says that he does not like that specific room and you force him to take, this is not good! for this reason, I think that I won't stay again there. Then we had to spend some minutes to check out because of taxes. I believe that the person can't get into a room without paying taxes so I do not understand why asking to pay again. Then he saw the notes that we already paid. This is a bad management; The women who cleans the room was so polite. I think that I won't come back to Rennes in general. So, I recommend it for short stays for the location and my highly advice to listen to the client more than pushing them for things they do not like,

Given its price and convenient location we couldn’t reasonably have expected better. There was no particular aspect of our stay that disappointed us.
