CleanIdeal locationStaff was quite pleasant

Breakfast was not the bestBathroom was a bit uncomfortable. The shower door was difficult to open and close as it was too close to the toilet. It was quite warm. Can’t control the A/C and even with windows open it didn’t help much. Unfortunately my window also faced the parking garage so privacy was an issue in order to get some cool air.

This was a quick overnight between trains, excellent service, clean, comfy, and well presented, excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

excellent location near the Rennes railway station with reasonable breakfast in the morning

My room was really small, in terms of overall experience the IBIS south is probably a better choice

Location superb. Staff, excellent. Housekeeping perfect. Bath façilities were great. Breakfast was very well done.

The building is quite worn. Everything maintained by housekeeping was immaculate. The carpet was so worn it had changed colors. Paint and wallpaper chipped. The room was very small, but had everything needed. The light switches were confusing enough that I couldn’t turn lights on and off as desired. I eventually resorted to my flashlight, until I was ready to turn all the lights back on. With a great deal of fiddling, I eventually figured out the switches

Location

Air cons lowest setting is 25 and it was really to warm. When you open the window as it’s in the centre of town it’s noisy so not really the best. The bathroom is very small but has everything.Wouldn’t put me off going back for a stop over for a night.

Very clean, parking across the road. Good choice at breakfast.

It wasn’t explained that there was gated parking behind the hotel, we couldn’t find it and parked in a public car park.

good location, small room by American standards but decent nonetheless, great parking lot

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent

Small rooms

Very convenient for Station. If on bikes, they have secure underground parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

Minor gripe- the rooms were a little small and not soundproof. Quite hot at night. We struggled with trying to control the air conditioning in the room. Seemed to be stuck at 25 degrees. Too noisy outside for open window.

Location was good

Room was tiny and bathroom was extremely smallAir condition not working properly, so room was very hot and uncomfortable.

This was a great location for us, 1 minute's walk from the station, as we were en route to the coast. The air con was appreciated on a hot evening. Our family adjoining suite was very good value - both rooms had an en suite bathroom with a great shower. The double room was very small but that was OK with the adjoining room. Breakfast was excellent value, being included in the price, with a decent buffet of fruit, cereals, pastries, cold meats, eggs and breads. Staff were polite and helpful.

On our return stay, there was a wet patch in one bedroom where the shower had leaked onto the carpet - I don't know if this was from a previous guest not closing the door, or a permanent problem. Otherwise, no complaints!

Clean room and good breakfast.

Room a little small

Location was excellent as was the breakfast.

Rooms were very small as was the bathroom.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Plus location is excellent if you have an early bus or train to catch in the morning

Room was clean but a bit small - fine if like me it was just for 1 night, but a bit cramped if staying for longer. But as expected and still overall good value for money

The location and breakfast were both good

The fact that the staff seemed incapable of changing the beer barrel when it had run out

The location is great, right across from the train station. Check in was very easy and our room was comfortable. It was also very quiet. The family room was great to have ajoining rooms. Breakfast was wonderful and had many different options.
