Pros +
- Good location
- Good location with many amenities such as mini market and laundromat nearby. Spacious parking.
- The price was a bargain, good parking, easy location to the city and shopping centres. I liked their self check in and room code access system
Cons -
- Isolation is non existent. You can hear everything.. I didn't sleep for two nights because of noisy people in the corridors and outside on the parking lot. Terrible experience, never again.
- Bed frames for the single beds although sustainable but felt flimsy at times.
- The bed in the twin room was a little small for an adult but overall it was comfortable

The bed in the twin room was a little small for an adult but overall it was comfortable
The room was comfortable and I was confident leaving my classic car in the car park
A long walk to faculties
Poor automatic check in
Check in was rubbish Poor automatic check in did not confirm room number or access codes by mail. Consequently, staff allocated a different room, to which another person, a stranger, had access to my room
Not expensive & the coffee & croissants were good.
Tiny, very hot room & breakfast overall was poor and only went until 10:00.
No nonsense accommodation, spacious, clean, functional
Man at reception was very friendly and helpful.Nice and clean, with a restaurant nearby.Close to the main road for onward travel. Lots of free parking right outside. Breakfast was nice.
Air conditioning didn’t work very well so we were too hot.
Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Breakfast was great.
Towels were very thin.
It was conveniently located. Easy check in process. Adaquate facilities.

Clean convenient and great breakfast
Beds too hard
2 star so expect nothing more,Basic but very clean, rooms very small very little storage, breakfast was ok, would not stay again.
2 star so expect 2 star.
Close to the main ring road. Close to McDonald's. Clean and the staff are always helpful
Apart from a tv the aren't any other room facilities. The room is small which is why there was only one chair. The mattresses were on the hard side. For the price it is ok.
Great for a stop whilst travelling. Lovely rooms and well maintained. Also free parking

24hr check inReasonably pricedBasic but clean and comfortable.
The hot items for breakfast aren't pleasant
We had travel delays and the property was very accommodating by providing me with the room and gate codes. The room was clean, a tad on the smaller side but as we weren't staying long it was fine. Breakfast was tasty.
The cleaning staff were a bit too pushy about us leaving. Check out was listed as 12p.m., I went to the car around 10:45 a.m. and one of the cleaners asked if I was done and I told her no not yet. They then knocked on our door at 11:00a.m. to see if we were done even though we had our DND sign out. We left early because we were bugged so much.
Cheap & easy parking
Not soundproof & matress/ pillows bit hot
Breakfast was simple but great.Beds were clean and comfy.Family rooms was spacious.Easy to find and great location.
Easy to find with plenty of parking available
The room wasn’t clean, found two cockroaches
Clean and tidy. Close to Rennes centre and friendly staff.
Noisy generator started up a couple of times in the night meaning we couldn’t keep the window open.
