Swimming room out of order (one of the reasons why we had chosen this hotel)

Pros: Warm welcome upon arrival, helpful staff. Complimentary water offered at check in. Newly renovated room. Comfortable bed. Outlets at bedside night table level for cell phone charging. In room coffee station with Nespresso machine. Sitting nook. Bathroom modern, but a bit particular as two walls are of glass, efficient even if a tad small. I didn’t use spa facilities, so I cannot comment on them.

Cons: Carpet in room, No hooks for bathrobe or towels in bathroomlack of temporary parking to unload suitcases, position of hotel on one-way street that Google is unable to correctly take you to.

The location is great especially to collect a hire car and the train and metro. Some good bakeries close by so we ate breakfast there. Room was decent and clean, met our needs.

WiFi just didn’t work during our entire 4day stay, this was an issue as we had online meetings so if this is an issue please call ahead and check if this was fixed

Quiet room (301). Good blackout curtains for sleeping. Comfy bed. Friendly staff and great location. Nice tree-lined Avenue. Good buffet breakfast.

Minor points. Tv was disconected. Didn't manage to work out problem - Not a big deal. We didn't bother with it, but someone might be put out. The room only had one bath towel(quickly rectified) and very few complimentaries - I'm thinking it might have just been an oversight and the room only partially prepared. Although we didn't see any, or any problem, we generally dislike the policy of allowing pets. (Hard to see how a room can be thoroughly clean if a dog has been in it.)

Nothing- but if you’re parking there as we did then I imagine it would be difficult with a larger car

The room was comfortable and well thought out.. Good soundproofing from street noise, great location, and good secure parking for motorcycle.. Best of all the staff were very nice.

The plumbing was very noisy.

Good location, clean, comfortable large room, with window alcove where it was nice to sit and look out at the street. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant lobby/bar area with small scenic outdoor space. Delicious breakfast. A good extra provided was to avail of an hour in the swimming pool free of charge.

It would be nice to have two comfortable chairs in the seating area by the window instead of just one

The staff is super friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning was done every day. The Hall and lobby look fancy and stylish. The location is convenient and surprisingly quiet, though it's close to the station. The SPA was very relaxing. The breakfast was OK. Wi-fi signal is good and the screen mirroring to the TV is a nice-to-have feature. The air-conditioning worked fine, and it was not noisy. I also liked the free water bottle refill.

One thing I found a little weird was that one could hear the noise of water flowing through the drainpipes coming from another room (perhaps the one above mine): that was a little awkward. I was not a fan of the bathroom design with the sliding doors. The carpet in the room seemed a bit worn out. Also the light switches were a bit confusing. Perhaps in the SPA the hammam walls need a little painting. The breakfast room seemed a little small and the breakfast options seemed a little scarce (but more than enough for me). There was street cleaning at 5 am on one of the days, which was a bit unfortunate, but no big deal.

Gym very small and poor. Only one weights machine and was broken. Steam very poor condition and needs work.

Location was good with central restaurants nearby. Parking secure but tight fit.

Quite often the reception staff are on their own and so if you need your car or go to bar you can be waiting a while as they cannot leave reception unmanned. More staff needed. Room cleaning wasn't done until nearly 6pm which was not acceptable especially when we left hotel early and wanted to come back and refresh before dinner.

The property is a modern designe in a perfect central location, so you can easily explore everything on foot. The car park is very close to the hotel. we didn’t have to pay since it was the weekend. From Monday at 9am, parking charges started at €15 for the full day.Our room was very comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the receptionist—she was super friendly and helpful. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner, and I’d suggest asking the staff to help with reservations. We tried booking online and by phone with no luck, but when she called (thanks to her local connections), she managed to get us a table. That really made our evening special!

The spa was relatively small but adequate. However, it lacked a dry sauna, and the steam room’s ceiling paper appeared worn and in need of replacement.

Quite nice room and clean

Room overlooked the back of the hotel which was not a pleasant view. Three times provided with pass key that did not open room. In the end the reception had to each time open the door for us!

Great location, very comfortable and charming g staff

Disappointing that the hamam wasn’t working for two out of three days we were staying. It advertises as a spa hotel, so surprised no explanation was to given as to why it wasn’t working or when it would be fixed.

We loved everything! Great value for money, modern, fresh, stylish hotel. Location is good, but the parking is pricy. We would definitely recommend it for a stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and neat hotel aesthetic. Very comfortable room.

Room was missing simple necessities: corkscrew, cutlery, a phone, a spare towel. Fridge was unplugged.

We were lucky to have booked parking - a process - but the staff were great - as they only have a few underground spots accessed by lift, and we would not have been comfortable with street parking once we saw city. Rooms clean and breakfast good.

I loved the location and the welcoming staff. They were professional and helpful in all ways. The room was very comfortable.

I thought the "spa" was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for its use. No one was there to greet me. I saw another guest (alone) in the jacuzzi, which was awkward. It is a very small hot tub and the pool is also quite small.
