Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally quiet location very close to centre of old town.

Easy to get to, well-equipped, clean

Parking was a indoor one enough space and at the back of building. The room location was nice and it was clean. The pan and pot in the kitchen were ruined better to not use them but the rest of kitchen was ok.

It’s close to carrefour express for some of the food shopping needed if you’re wanting to prepare your own. Close to the town square for a look around. The apartment has plenty of space. Pretty complete cooking utensils and pots and pans.

It would help if we are aware how to get to the parking garage in the beginning of the trip and no place to temporarily park your car. Bed are not the most comfortable but to be fair not a lot of place can be put as ‘comfortable’.

Staff was very friendly, there was underground parking (for very reasonable fee), location is 10 min away from downtown Rennes, beds were comfortable.

The heating panel is limited to 20 °C, so in winter it can get a bit chilly. However, the blankets were thick enough to compensate.

Parking was a bonus and the location so close to the centre was excellent

The reception staff seemed glued to their computers and just seemed to want to book people in and out. The fact that they were behind a thick glass partition didn’t help communication.

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center - restaurants, shops, etc. Parking was right in the building. Hotel room was a mini-apartment with kitchen, coffeemaker, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast bar was terrific - lots of choices.

The biggest challenge was parking our car in the neighborhood so we could get into the hotel and reception desk where we picked up the parking lot access fob. Once we had the fob, no problem, but there was no easy or obvious place to park our car to get into the building to pick up the fob.

reasonable location for a quick visit of Rennes. Hotel has a parking garage.The room had a decent kitchenette.

Great location and the underground parking is invaluable.

The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. The windows didn’t shut properly and there’s no safe so we didn’t feel 100% happy leaving valuables. Also not being able to properly shut the window or have air con meant we were kept awake by people smoking and talking outside the until late. Really needs an update in general!

I was very comfortable in my room/studio. Clean. Small kitchen that was very useful. Good location on north end of city centre.

Good location but hotel not easy to find. Good underground parking with lift.

Very small room. No toaster although we believed it had a kitchenette for making breakfast, no hairdryer, no aircon (which we were aware of) but had scaffolding outside the bedroom window so didn’t want to leave open.
