Clean, nice staffers, and very close to everything including transportation.

The room is so tiny.

They had wifi and a coffee/teapot in the room. Towel warmer was very helpful.

Great location, 10 minute walking into pedestrian zone and very close to train station. Hot water kettle in the room. Good wifi speed.

Tiny elevator, would fit 2 smaller persons without luggage. Door swings right into corner of bed, tight space. Very poor placement of outlet under the nightstand, need to get on hands and knees to reach outlet and the outlets were loose and didn't always work. Weird small closet. I would not consider this a three star hotel, hotel needs refreshing. Rungs in the lower half of the towel warmer were covered in dust and dirt.

Close to the train station, clean, stay includes breakfast.

The room.was clean. Location is good.

If you need a parking lot, should use the parking in the shopping center. The distance is around 250 meters. It is ok.

Rooms are small. Toilet and shower is extremly small. I didnt even fit properly in the shower.Breakfast is very weak.

Good location, very near the train station and about 15 minute walk to the centre. Clean, comfortable but the room felt in need of a refresh. There was a kettle and coffee, tea in the room which was very welcome. Good breakfast.

Strange layout and the receptionist wasn't very attentive.I was pointed towards the lift when you could only access where my room was by the stairs. Also I went out, came back in about an hour later and she couldn't remember checking me in. The staff were all friendly though.

We stayed in a comfortable room for one night, which was perfect for our visit to Mont Saint Michel. The location was ideal - right near the train and bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The facilities met our expectations perfectly for a one-night stay, and we felt it offered great value for money overall.

Location is good, 5 min walk from train station. The city centre and landmarks are all within walkable distance. Windows can open which is nice. Room size was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room did not have a safe or fridge which would be very useful. The shower screen around the bottom needed a good clean. The carpets throughout are in ok condition but need a good deep clean. This is a budget hotel. There was a notification at reception to say they are closing for renovations soon so maybe some of these things will be addressed

The hotel is right near the station and a short walk from the old town. The room was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

The wifi was annoying as it kept disappearing and you had to sign in every time. The shower was good but within the bath so bit awkward.

Close to train station, and city center. Very quiet, with double pane, insulated windows. Comfortable bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast with fresh bread baked on the premises.

5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. There were lots of restaurant options near the hotel.Just right for 2 days' stay as the room was small and we want to stay close to the train station.

Fantastic position close to the main train and bus stations. Held our luggage before and after our stay so we could sightsee more easily. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The walk into town was about 20 mins.

The hotel is close to the main train station and the city centre. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Great value for money.

The air was a bit stuffy in the room, so we had to open the windows frequently while being careful of the pigeons.

The breakfast situation was awful. All the tables were full of used crockery waiting to be cleared. We had to wait for a table to be cleared to sit down. The room was dirty and had a smell of tobacco in a non smoking room. We were told by reception staff thay we would have a refund on the breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Since returning home, the hotel management have withdrawn that offer of a refund, and have offered a free breakfast next time we stay. There will be no next time. We decided on this Best Western Hotel, because of the name. Dreadful service, dirty smelly room. Not impressed.

Location is excellent next to the train station and restaurants. Short walk into the center of historic Rennes. Room was clean. Coffee/tea making facilities good. Breakfast good.

Our bed was far too soft. Shower very small.
