Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Rennes Lorgeril

It had several amenities and a nice location for a fairly low price.

The gym had no weights, it was just three cardio machines. The breakfast was expensive.

Walking distance to old town. Comfortable room. Good parking lot.

Charming apartment very comfortable and clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Great location, great bakery and wine bar across the street. We were very comfortable.

We have no complaints!

Location, practical mini kitchen

No cleaning service during the stay unless you’re willing to pay extra. Unconvenience practice smoke alarm set off.

Good location, walking distance from city centre. The rooms were quite large, with a well-equiped kitchenette. Fast check-in and check-out process and modern common areas. Good price.

The room furnishing seems very old and the beds had sunk in the middle. In one of the rooms, the cutlery was not clean on arrival. The parking was a bit tight.

Location and staff were great. Kitchenette was adequate.

Very hot days in August. Booked hotel because it advertised air conditioning. But the hotel staff either could not or would not tun on the AC. Don't advertise AC if you are not willing to turn it on. Need some place to sit in addition to bed. Need at least a small broom in the room to keep floors clean for extended stay.

The location was prime and the staff was very friendly.

For all the hotels we have been to there was always a daily clean up service. Here they dont even provide a broom to clean unless you request for one. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was getting messier specially in the toilet and the kitchen. Wish they gave more clean up tools if they were not going to provide that service.

LocationRoom size

The air conditioning didn’t work at all during our stay; only a couple of hours the first day. The manager didn’t have a clue of what was going on. Initially he asked to call reception each time the A/C was down. But Finally he admitted they had a problem. Luckily we had a window we could open at night.

Front staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

We were asked to clean the kitchen if we used it, however, we were not provided with any cleaning cloths or products had we used the kitchen so not sure how cleaning the kitchen could be accomplished. Our room was the handicap room which we did not request and the shower did not work very well.

Comfy, clean, convenient, with well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and there were lots of public parking spots around.

Private parking, spacious bathroom, close to the historical center, lots of bars around.

Our room was shabby, even though everything worked fine.

Location, staff, comfortable were great

Room in general and curtains were dusty

The hotel is well located although not in the city centre. The room was very spacious and well equipped. It.met.my expectations.

I could not find any English channels on TV.Slow Internet. It was difficult to find parking space in the street. The hotel garage was full on the day of my arrival.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Very large room near the city center.Close to nice and lively bars and supermarkets, but still quiet.

Nothing was very clean: not the bed, not the shower, not the kitchen.Don't count on the hotel parking.

Quiet place and 15 min. by foot from city center.

Weak Internet, Washing machine not working, needs more light in the garage. Would be nice to have more english TV channels, with internet connection, and that all the staff could speak a bit more English.

The location was good, we were about a 10 minute walk from the main centre. The staff were friendly. The room was a good size with very plain decor, although a little tired, there was a dent in the bathroom door. The kitchenette was more than adequate for our needs.

As we only stayed for 6 nights we did not qualify to have our room cleaned by the hotel. There was nothing for us to use to sweep the floor through or clean the bathroom and the bins were not emptied at all. There was an unpleasant drains smell from the toilet, we bought an air freshener to try to combat this. There a sponge provided for the washing up, this was well used and dirty, although they did replace it when we asked them to.The washing up liquid provided had not been refilled, both these ran out during our stay

Great value for money. Although apartments are basic in terms of style they are very comfortable and clean. Very spacious also, handy kitchenette in the room with sink, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave.Staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful. Good location within 10/15 minutes walk of the city centre.

We stayed for 7 ,nights and would have liked a towel change after 3/4 nights.

loved the stay at Odalys aparthoyel. for the minute we arrived we received a very warm welcome. the hotel is located in 10 mins walk to then old town. however there are so many beautiful bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk.

all was perfect ?

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Toilet and bed. Toilet was very smelly and bed wasn't comfortable
