Le Nemours Rennes

I was very satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the room.

I paid a 100€ deposit at check-in, which was supposed to be refunded after check-out if everything was in order.I left the room in good condition and was told the money would be returned.It has now been 4 days and I still have not received the deposit.Please inform me when I can expect the refund.

Good central location. Friendly and efficient staff. Very nice, clean rooms.

Modern ,clean, great location

This hotel is in a very good place in Rennes, close to everything, resturants, market, station and the historic center. The streets are not lound, even though are main streets. I felt very good with this choice of this hotel room.

no everything were more than fine, polite service nice and kind stuff, very helpfull and always present for every need the traveller has. I like all.

Overall it's a nice apartment, but it is detached from the main hotel, so it feels more like an apartment than an hotel. The location is great and the reception experience was good. The apartment is big and cozy, but I did not like the lights which were very bright and white, and some of the small lamps did not have proper electric plugs

If you are travelling with large suitcases and staying in the apartments, please note that it may be difficult to carry them upstairs, as the staircase is narrow and there is no elevator.

Nicely furnished and comfortable apartment.

The apartment has a separate bathroom and toilet. The toilet does not have a sink, so to wash your hands, you have to go through the living room and bedroom to the bathroom.Inconvenient if two couples are traveling - you have to go through their room.

It’s a city break hotel in the right spot. It’s as forgettable as it could be. I found all but one of the staff to be rude, certainly not trained in the art of hospitality. Use it, because of its location, don’t expect much else from it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place was tidy, quiet and private while very close to the centre of the city and all amenities. We slept well and ate adequately. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom clean, well maintained and well ventilated. Spacious bathroom.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We were close enough to many of the things we wanted to see in Rennes that we were able to walk everywhere easily. There were many wonderful restaurants nearby; we were only able to sample three, but we will return!

Because we booked through Booking.com, our breakfasts were not included in the room price. We paid for the breakfasts, but felt that they were a bit overpriced.

Excellent location, smart modern and clean. Lovely staff and nice breakfast

The room could do with a lick of paint as there was scuffs .It was difficult to get the bathroom tap to run cold water

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were fairly comfortable. Plenty of room. Location was really nice and close to restaurants, town, etc. Short taxi ride to the train station.

Toilet smelled and was really cramped and I'm not a very big person, towels had someone else's hair on them.

Being in a different building to the hotel for the apartment. There was a sewerage smell a lot of the time, and tiny bathroom.

Nice Room. Shame about the Noise.

We were booked into the Hotel but on arrival we found we had been moved to around the Corner.The Apartment was above 2 Bars. They were open until 4am. We did not sleep all night.We were not asked by a single member of Staff if we were OK in the Room.

Fantastic location as very central and near to lovely cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast was expensive at 16E and was basic, so I went out to local cafes. It would have been nice to have at least a nice coffee facility in the hotel.

I’ve been staying at Le Nemours previously and was reminded of the very polite, but slightly professional tone in here. Lovely hotel, however not a charming atmosphere.

I liked the very friendly helpful staff. The location of this hotel is excellent.

The room and bathroom is quite small so if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in your room that might be a concern for some. One English speaking news channel on the tv would be helpful, standard in most hotels these days.
