Pros +
- Very close to the train station. It was clean and decent.
- The staff were wonderful. The location was very convenient to the train and bus station, as well as walking distance to the old city, cathedral, restaurants, and more. The continental breakfast had diverse offerings.
- Close to the train station, easy to get around via metro, nice breakfast, great for solo travel!
Cons -
- More of an fyi: everything is small. I was wearing a backpack and had to back into the elevator. The room was small, but adequate.
- We had a room overlooking the street, which proved to be a busy noisy place almost all night. That was just unlucky.
- Not a lot to choose from but a few restaurants nearby

Good staff, WLAN good, Breakfast good, excellent location, especially for th station
Alles OK.
Very small but comfortable room.
Staff was quite rude and unhelpful.
Late checking and location.
Room too small. Bed not comfortable.
The breakfast food was very good quality, and the early start (5:30 am) was very convenient. My room was clean and quiet (3rd floor), and the staff was very friendly and could speak English. I appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station.
The room was very small! I only had a hand luggage suitcase, which just fit, but a normal-size suitcase would have been too large to put anywhere. The shower was tiny (30x30 inches, 75x75 cm), and if you're more than 6 ft. (180cm) tall, you might have trouble moving around.
Well located. Enough for short stays like one or two nights. Staff is kind and friendly. Room, shower and bed was clean as well.
People were super kind and helful to us, either when we needed an umbrella or with the instructions about the city. Special thanks to Lora for her help and her character.Breakfast was good. Location was good too.
Room was small, without enough natular light.
Cheap clean and close to transport
Was as expected for the price
This hotel is a great location right beside the Rennes train station. The hotel manager was welcoming and knowledgeable and they make a real effort to ensure the safety of their guests. The room was very clean. I appreciate their commitment to the environment. I also appreciated their binder on Rennes highlights and hotel functions.
This was possibly the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and yet it had everything I needed.
Great location, super friendly and helpful staff.
The room felt a bit cramped, but it was very clean and comfortable.
Hotel is well situated, close to the gare, close to the center of city, accessible by foot easily.
The bathroom was small and very cold, there was no heater inside. The room was on the side of the street, so it was noisy and you can heard the neighbors talks.
This hotel was really clean . The location is very good, it's just 1 minute to the station. That was interesting that I could sleep properly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. If I need to book in this area I'll book this Hotel again.
Very friendly and well trained receptionist will help you in a friendly way. You will be able to sleep don't worry because the train station is next to you. The location is the best, you can take the metro line from the train station to the city center, it's only 3-4 stops.Get off at Anna square, you'll not believe your eyes this is a cool City ( Rennes )
If you wanna visit Mont Saint Michel, on Sunday it will difficult to get there. Train will not go there , take a bus, or taxi, blabla car. Better if you travel during the week.. On Sunday shops are closed.
Location near the station and easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.
Near to station
Very hot and noisy not much room to get into bathroom no kettle or drinks
Great hotel, basic and simple but right next to the train station. Really cool town.
A bit hot in the summer, needs a fan.
The receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. Thats the only good thing of the hotel
Noise outside construction. And came here on a summer so its very hot inside. No fan in the room. I think its okay during cold season and if theres no ongoing construction.
The room was clean, breakfast okay, the hotel is close to the railway station
We were charged for one breakfast out of the two, despite booking a Bed & Breakfast rate for 2. We showed our booking confirmation to the receptionists but they still decided to charge us claiming "it didn't show on their summary". That's what I call (very) bad customer service!
