Padadita Beach Hotel

Staff were very helpful, good breakfast and the rooms were clean.

Padadita was a bit far out of town.

Water was mostly cold; Breakfast not much for Westerners

It's nice enough for a day or 2 as it's got a nice pool, good food and a nice view over the water. The rooms are hotel rooms so they're fine with comfy beds, good A/C and friendly staff. Thanks for a pleasant stay Padadita.

On the beach but tides get high and not much walking. We had a Seaview with big balcony. Free airport shuttle

Great stay in early Feb with lovely staff. Hotel has fantastic potential if managed properly. Signs of deterioration visible and lack of attention to details. E.g no rack for drying wet clothes as well as a table to accompany the 2 lonely chairs on the balcony.TV not working and bathroom all wet as no divider for shower area.Absolutely lovely pool and ok breakfast spread. Pickup and send off service to airport flawless. Highly reccomended

Roach in my colleague’s room. Inconsistent room temperature (even with Ac), and mediocre food selection

Reception is all business. I booked an ocean view room. Spectacular view, sunrise was a bonus. Room spacious with a sitting area. Bed comfy. Air conditioning quiet. Shower well laid out with hot water. Swimming pool awesome. Scooter rental available.

Floor tiles are coming loose, so be careful. I've sliced my foot on one in the past so wore my flip flops. No hand towel. Only 2 dilapidated hangers available. Room lacks charm...no table/reading lamps or decorations. Towels super rough.Had chicken in black pepper sauce for dinner in the restaurant and it was awful. The sauce seemed ok, but the chicken was extremely hard and tough...a total waste of a meal/money. You could hardly bite into it. I opted to eat dinner out for the rest of my stay.Breakfast is Indonesian-style, high in carbs. Eggs are available but aren't made to order, which means they sit out and and are lukewarm (if you're lucky). There's chicken, but it was also hard and tough, like dinner the night before. No milk available for coffee...just creamer. Fruit was ripe and tasty.

The swimming pool is pretty and location right at the front of the beach.

The staff needs to learn how to greet the guests.

Outside area of the hotel facing the sea is amazing! Having breakfast there is relaxing. The pool is also very well located. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Not that clean unfortunately. But its average standard for location, if you're traveling around there you know what to expect. Anyway its the best place you can find in that area.

Very spacious room. Beautiful pool, the water was warm enough to swim after sunset. Good restaurant with a lot of choice. Friendly staff with free use of driver.

Whole bathroom getting wet after showering, because there is no cabin for the shower.

The infinity pool and the balcony are awesome. Staff is friendly - shuttle to the airport is working perfectly fine. The hotel is perfectly situated right at the beach.

When I left I had to pay even if booking told me, the payment was already done. This happened in a rush because I had to get the shuttle to the airport. The water tap in the bathroom was spreading into every direction.

Great swimming pool, wonderful view, the bedroom was quite comfortable, room staff and reception really nice, free pick up from the airport

Restaurant staff was as irregular as the meals quality :- Mostly did not speak English, some looked like we were bothering them - Food was correct on some days and really borderline on others, should learn how to respect special requests consistently

Very kind and helpful staff at the reception desk and restaurant. This place is not overcrowded and you can enjoy your stay. It is not far away from beautiful beaches, hills and waterfalls.

I have been passing hete through the years before corona..it was nice to be back ..I enjoyed very much the swimming pool which was new for me ..well done..the garden is much better growing now ..it really looks fantastic now

Considering its owned/ operated by locals, I think its one of the best that Sumba can offers.The beach on the backside of the hotels are great, especially on the low tides.
