Location in centre of town.

Pretty basic

Good location in the centre of Eureux, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

Location. Easy street parking. Central to bars and restaurants.

Room noisy as adjacent to the lift.

Location and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.Also, the breakfast is worth the price and keeps the energy of a homemade breakfast.

Good parking spacious room and entrance big and bright, lift good position and reception manned at all times

The breakfast here is superb and check in reception were very pleasant.

It’s a bit rough around the edges. Very small room and very much in need of a refurbish. The bathroom was especially in need of an update!

Breakfast is fab. We came back to this hotel because we loved the breakfast.

There is a quirky feel to the hotel. It's adorned with bicycles and their parts. The reviews marked it low so our expectations were not high. There is locked parking at 5 euros a day. The bed was fine. We had no breakfast. Location is a short walk to centre. Convenient. HAd I not been charged twice I would give it higher rating. Comms to get a refund is not easy.

Upon arrival the receptionist refused to accept that I had paid via Booking.com and only taxes were due. Even when I showed her the confirmation message. I had to pay again. Next morning I spoke to a different receptionist. He apologised and said he would arrange Booking.com to refund me. In hindsight I think he should have arranged the hotel refund there and then. Or I should have insisted that he refund me that morning as the hotel's mistake. I am still waiting for the refund a few weeks on.The hotel is a bit shabby.

Very good location. The bedroom was very clean and the staff were pleasant.

Location, comfortable bed

Just a minor point; finding somewhere to park on a busy street before access to the private parking is made available as it is via coded access and in addition there is a 5€ charge which wasn't expected.

Cute hotel. Comfortable and nice breakfast. Restaurant and bar was shut on a sunday.

The staff seemed a bit hesitant when we arrived, not welcoming really. Every interaction with the staff was not particularly friendly, which dampned our experience a little bit.

Great location with secure parking. Really good restaurant facilities breakfast and dinner. Especially good cyclists.

The room was very stuffy at night. It was difficult to open the window.

Super friendly staff, nice chilling area on the ground floor. Great cycling-themed deco. Good location close to the centre, which is well worth a visit!

Sadly the restaurant was closed the night we were there (I think it was a Sunday).

Easy to find, ample parking.

Too far from anywhere to eat. The ‘restaurant’ served only microwaved ‘pasta’ meals. The wine, was very nice.

Beautifully decorated lobby with cycling/sports vibe. Large and pracitcal rooms. Excellent beds.

The room was great, good size and facilities. The hotel it's self was great and the decor was fun. Check in staff were nice and the bar staff were great. The breakfast was very good. There is an electric car charger just outside the hotel.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean. Underneath the bathroom door handles were was not clean and the floors could do with a good scrub. If you are tall, you will not be able to use the toilet as your knees hit the wall. I'm 5ft 9 and it was a squeeze for me.

City centre location with fancy design. The hotel seems good from the street.

There were no heating in the room when the outdoor temperature was below 10 Celsius. Door was stucked and so loud to close or open. The bathroom was disappointing, like a 50 years old dormitory.

The staff are very helpful always willing to give advice on the area and closest bars restaurants supermarkets and help a lot with translation and learning French
