The heating system was good.

The toilet was separated from the room with a corton, it's a funny Gypsy style room if you run to the toilet you'll have a nice perfume all over in your bedroom. Anyway, I've paid for the booking.com, the Hotel wasn't said, so I had to pay again I had a certification about my payment, that was not enough. My room was malted on the ceiling. They should modernize the room and the bathroom. It needs to be separating the bathroom from the bedroom not with the corton. A wood door would do well , the dump will not be taken away by ventilation, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. Soda smell will fly all over in your room if you are running to the toilet and you will fill up your toilet with nice faculty. Can you imagine how how lovely to stay in a very smelly room. The receptionist was an ex commonist old man. He gave me the worst bedroom . Just opposite the lift. This hotel need development, this is like an ex old communist building. But it's wrapped in a package. The location is not too bad you have to take a bus from the train station so don't think that you can walk to this place it's far away. The cathedral is not far from the location this is the only advantage. I wish the management have money for to develop this beautiful rotten tiny gypsy room. You should change the wood door or a to plastic door.

Room 109: bathroom had no rail for bath-towels, nor hook for dressing-gowns.

Very happy with the size of room, the hotel close to shopping centre within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The location was very good in the centre of the town, very helpful receptionist. The parking although on the street was very convenient to the hotel. Slept well, late for breakfast.

We found everything was good for our stay, excellent value.

Hotel is at walking distance from the train station which is fine. Rooms are large and the whole hotel is calm, enabling quality sleep.The breakfast offered a nice variety of things to eat and drink.

During my one night stay I didn't have time to find things to dislike.

I thought the price of the breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. The hotel was situated perfectly, but I think the hotel itself could do with a bit of updating

Smell in the room, window open on arrival to disguise, heater turned off at reception had to request for it to be switched on.

Calm, wide bathroom, big bed. Room cleaning everyday

Some of the staff a bit aggressive. One towel for two people on the first night and a plugged shower. Solved on the second day.

This was our second stay at this hotel, booked since I'd written a good review two years ago. And it is still a good place to enjoy the town of Évreux. All the facilities you would need in a clean and spacious room at a good value price. Perfect location within the town which supports lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good and the reception was welcoming. Easily parked the car next to the hotel which from 18.00-10.00 next day cost €0.90. This was a one night stopover. I should mention that on our outward journey we spent a night in a hotel in the Netherlands that cost twice as much and had miserable facilities plus €14 to park the car.

Wonderful position in centre of town.

Our room seemed clean but unfinished.

The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Confort and cleanliness were perfect. Great location. And very good breakfast.

Very smart room and en suite. Room 109. Very fresh and nice decor.Right in city centre very close to cathedral. Free parking on street on the Sunday night until 9am on Monday. Very helpful front desk.

Not a pleasant stay

First of all, the staffs were very good. But ... The smell on the corridor was awfull. The door can be locked from inside only through the key. So in case of emergency, you might find difficulty to evacuate. The poor quality of the bed. When i lean on the wall behind the bed, the bed moved forward. Very uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to help where they could. Price quality very good match. The breakfast buffet was a way better than the last time we stayed.
