Room has a fridge and small hob

Room was small, tv did not work properly

The room looked as though it were set up for someone who was homeless, or perhaps a refugee, as there was a cooker and fridge as well as a bed. The heater was preset (20 degrees) and could not be altered. The bathroom was very basic (remnants of black mould in the corners of the bath/shower) and the towels were thin. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before for a particulrar time in the morning and the choice was extremely limited.

The room wasn’t ready again,this seems to happen on Sunday’s. It then smelt of cleaning products and the main bin hadn’t been emptied. We have used this hotel 6 times a year but now are reconsidering.

Ideal location easy to get to town & restaurants .

Stayed in room 38 and the wifi was non existent also no hot water so unable to shower

Basin in the bathroom had very low water pressure .

A twenty minute walk into Evreux which is a lovely town. This hotel is pretty grotty but the beds were comfortable enough and there's a well equipped kitchen. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

It seemed like maybe this hotel was serving an emergency accommodation functionOnly one set of towels in the room despite two people staying in it.Whilst the bedding did seem clean, there were marks on the bedsheets, as in actual stains, that were disconcerting.I would not choose to stay in this hotel again.

Free parking spaces, rather low price, places available last minute. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

The rooms are outdated, very used and in places dirty (as is the whole facility). We were two guests but we only got one hand towel and one big towel! We had to share them after showering. No soap in the bathroom!Only one available electric socket for the whole room. We had to disconnect the microwave to be able to (in turns) charge our phones.Even though the hotel is non-smoking, the air system made sure that the smoke (someone apparently has smoked inside) was distributed in all the rooms. When you want to come/leave later at night, you have to make a call for them to open the gate.

Easy to find, TomTom took me straight there.The room was clean & the bed comfortable.There was a two-ring hob, microwave, & fridge.Nice shower.

Nothing really, all good for my needs on this occasion.
