    Pros +

    • Accomodations was modest but clean. Guy working on the reception woke up and accommodate us without any problem even out of working hours ?.
    • We booked the hotel with shared bathroom and toilet, but having one look at them decided to upgrade as they were not clean, the upgrade was €37 !!!!!!!
    • Friendly staff, breakfast was served to us, and we could get enough, croissants, baked rolls etc, the host did his best to please us, compliments for him, this does not happen everywhere anymore. Slept wonderfully, large supermarket next door, ideal for a stopover.

    Cons -

    • Mostly black male youths staying at this hotel, suspect they are asylum seekers, didn’t bother us, but we were wary of leaving our van so decided to leave our dogs in van to sleep, one is a GSD. Bed was clean and comfortable, no bath towels or soap!
    • Absolutely avoid! Room stank of cigarettes, shared toilet was dirty, light didn’t work, Water wasn’t hot. Paid for room including breakfast - no breakfast available. We never saw a member of staff.
    • The outside didn't have anywhere to sit no tables either inside a curtain closed off the breakfast area in the evening so you couldn't sit there either, The self cleaning toilet I used, wasn't clean It felt run down, I last stayed here in 2009

It was cheap. Unfortunately, we paid for breakfast included which was not provided.

Very clean & friendly staff, room was superb and very comfortable. It was very convenient for me as I was working at a local Chateau just 8 minutes away up the road, so I will return again next time I work there.

There was only a couple of rounds of bread and a small amount of apple juice we had to ask butter, jam cereals no milk nothing else was on offer

The location was accurate and very easily to relocate

They don't have toilet and bathroom inside the rooms you have to go to the varander to take your bath and go to the toilet

    The wallpaper looked cool

Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed. It makes fritzels basement look like paradise. Questionable stains everywhere, bed was more like a torture device for the spine. Noise throughout the night. On a plus note I lost some weight due to profusely sweating all night due to lack of any air flow in the torture shack. Breakfast was questionable, suspicious looking Jam and bits of bread thst looked half eaten isnt exactly a breakfast offering. Would never stay here again would rather be buried alive.

Good value for money. The guy in charge was helpful and kind.

    Bathroom could use some cleaning

    Breakfast was poor

orange from an old carton, little choice. No one else ate there, which says it all really

This was my first (and last) experience of a F1 hotel.I normally stay at Resto Novo in Chartres on my way to and from my house in the Creuse. On this occasion all the budget hotels in Chartres were out of twin bed rooms, so I opted for F1 in Evreux.Staff were excellent and friendly, the room was clean and the beds were adequate.Wifi reception excellent.

It was a shock to see just how basic the accomodation was!!The room had a bed, washbasin and TV. That was it.No towels, not even a paper cup to drink from.Toilets were smelly although reasonably clean.Didn't try the shower as no towels.Breakfast was cerial, bread, butter and a selection of half empty pots of jam. When I asked for a bowl for cornflakes, I was informed there are none and to use a cup.No plates, just paper napkins.Considering the very small difference in price between the Resto Novo in Chartres and the F1 in Evreux, the two are oceans apart in facilities and value for money and I certainly won't be staying at an F1 hotel again.

This is a great hotel for an overnight stop off when driving through France. Excellent value for money and it has everything you need, ok beds, toilets and showers and breakfast if you want it. The location is good and easy to find and the check in very easy to do. I would definitely stay again.

It's as expected for a F1 overnight stay

A simple breakfast, but a good start to proceeding on a longer drive.

I had difficulties locating the property.

First room was not clean but replacement was better. Toilet and shower shared facilities were unhygienic

    9RobertPosted on: 8-17-2022

F1 are all the same - easy access, ample parking, good staff, clean rooms, clean facilities and good coffee with a simple breakfast- all good in Everaux as it has been in Boulogne, Orleans, Clermont Ferrand. Thanks

For that price, nothing. You can’t get better value

convenient stop from South of France to Calais. staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms smelt Smokey, unclean, rundown. very noisy, lots of men drinking until 2.30 in morning. People loud in corridors late at night, banging on doors. toilets / showers unclean. Not a suitable place for families, especially young families.
