Best Western Plus Palais des Congres

Nice restaurant rooms good quality.

Terrible air conditioning non existent and when we complained the receptionist was extremely rude, manager would not come and speak to us, couldn't sleep at all

Great location just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Evreux. We are in the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

comfortable, functional, nice staff, good dinner and breakfast

The property was clean and well appointed. The restaurant on site was great. Also, the location was walkable to restaurants and the city center.

I liked everything.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The toilet was in its own room, but no sink with it - the sink was in the same space as the shower. The breakfast had variety. Loved that the cheeseboard was labeled! The hotel was a distance from the train station, but convenient to walk around the town.

No transportation to and from train station.

The hotel is well-located with easy access to main roads, while being a short and attractive walk to the historic town center. This mid-range hotel offered a comfortable and quiet room.

Front desk staff did their job but there wasn't a sense of welcome. The restaurant seemed under staffed and as if this was their first night of offering service (initially, the experience had a "Faulty Towers" feeling. The food was fine but wasn't of a level I anticipated from a restaurant in France. I stayed at the hotel on a Sunday evening, so the restaurant was my only option.

Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Restaurant was really good and good value.

They charged a pet fee for both rooms when only one was used.

We always use this hotel when passing this way. It is very dependable with easy parking and friendly staff, without being exceptionally expensive

Location, welcome, facilities and restaurant all very good.

To be honest, the pillows were not comfortable.

Very classical style and very comfortable. The mattress was very good

The light switch is not immediately next to the door and the sound isolation being good, could be better

Third visit and standards have been maintained. Plenty of choice at dinner which was quickly served and of good quality. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice.

The staff were friendly and attentive. All the facilities were good and spacious.

The temperature in the bar lounge was too cold in the evening.

Hotel and the room were very good.

The food at the restaurant was poor. I had what was supposed to be a "fillet" steak, toughest piece of meat I've ever had and the vegetables were microwaved.

Well located, secure parking, room had a bath as requested.

Nothing really.

Great staff, lovely hotel and location. Perfect for with or without a car. Clean rooms serviced everyday.

On a very busy road with traffic most of the day from 6am to 7pm.

Convenient for the motorway.Clean rooms.Good food.

Late arrivals making a lot of noise. Very disturbing.

Clean room, pleasant staff, have stayed before.

Would have liked to have been able to get some warm air from the air con unit. Bloody Mary on cocktail menue not available, one fish.meal not available, inedible piece of steak served in the evening in restaurant, eventually had a fish meal. Breakfast very good.

Cleanliness, food and the staff were fantastic. Charlie and Cenza were so helpful and made our stay.

Bed was a good size but prefer it to be firmer.

Very cleanHelpful staff

Room very noisy….people talking outside window and road noiseNo kettle in room and coffee maker didn’t work

The room was spacious and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was in the dining area with a full range of continental and cooked breakfast available buffet style.

Nothing- everything was great.
