The solitary member of staff was helpful and provided a pretty good breakfast

Compared with the other Kyriad we used this holiday, this one was sadly lacking. The bathroom was not clean and there was no tea or coffee in the room. The whole place seemed dated.

Plenty of parking, very close to the autoroute (perhaps too close). Evening and breakfast food was good.

Our room smelt of smoke, clearly the non smoking rules do not apply or enforced in this hotel. Rooms are very basic with only small hand towels provided. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The noise from the autoroute traffic was awful, made worse by leaving the window open to get rid of the smoking smell. I would not stay here ever again.

Restaurant was closed, no alternative facilities nearby. Location sandwiched between a busy road, an industrial estate and a bus depot. Awoken early (6 am) by staff opening and closing doors loudly.

Very friendly reception staff who spoke amazing English. The room was all I expected, but had a really nice desk. Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. This place is situated next to a main carriageway but you could not here it. This place is also in the heart of a very busy shopping/restaurant/drive-thru/takeaway hot spot. Also, a nice large shower/wc room c/w shower gel, nice towels.

No evening meal facilities, but that said by the time I got there I just wanted to chill. Oh, no hot drink facilities or kettle in the room...!!! Strange.

Good quality of accommodation and design of room. Good location, by autoroute but quiet/good soundproofing. Very clean. No damage.

No hot water, not even warm. Small, hard, rounded pillows.

Clean, spacious rooms. The hotel is close to the N154 so it's ideal if you're travelling. We had a few beers in the bar in the evening but didn't stay for breakfast the following morning. I would recommend this hotel as a good-value overnight stop.

The guy who checked us in at reception could only speak French, but luckily one of our travelling companions could speak French.

Breakfast was good. Lovely fresh fruit salad, and plenty of choices.

The noise of the ventilation shaft(s) in the bathroom.

Welcoming, restaurant open til late. Plenty of parking. Late booking so very grateful my request to be on ground floor or first if there was a lift was accomodated. Very new accommodation so bathroom had great walk in shower.

Room I was in felt brand new so totally minimalist! Thankfully restaurant was open so did not have to stay in my cell!! But it was clean, warm and comfy.

Location is very handy (just off n154) which is why we have used this motel for many years. But unless weekend staffing is improved we won't be using it again. This hotel is missing a trick, people have to travel at the weekend when on holiday and a hotel with welcoming staff, bar and restaurant is what people are looking for. Not the Marie Celeste!

When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon it was all locked up and no-one was in reception. All the lights were off and the doors were locked with a huge padlock - very unwelcoming!! There was a note on the window saying the receptionist was upstairs and to call her if we needed assistance. We had booked a room and said we would be arriving in the afternoon so were surprised no one was there to allocate us a room and give us our key.When the receptionist arrived (after quite some wait) she was unapologetic and unfriendly. We got our key and found we were in a room in the conference block on the other side of the car park, not in the main hotel. We asked if we would be able to get a drink in the bar later (we already knew the restaurant wasn't open at the weekend). She wanted to know what time, so we said 6pm and she said that would be OK. When we went over to have our drink she was just arriving in a car with a man and a child to open up the main hotel. We were shocked she had obviously not been around all afternoon and just come back at 6.05 to give us our drink! No lights were put on and we had to sit with our drinks while her toddler and husband hung around. We felt very uncomfortable and felt like a nuisance.When we asked for another drink, she even suggested that we take our drinks acros the (now rainy carpark) to our room. We then asked if anyone else was staying in the hotel because there was no evidence of any other guests. She said there were but there were no cars in the car park so they had probably had to go out to get a drink and dinner given the sorry state of the hotel bar and restaurant.We have used this hotel as a convenient stopover for many years while travelling in France and it has always been very comfortable. We used it on our outward journey and enjoyed a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant (it was a Thursday). But we will avoid completely now if we have to travel over the weekend.

Plug sockets not clean and with paint over them. Could not recommend, never stayed in such an abysmal place. thought Kyriad more premium brand

Breakfast and the room were good.Why french TV's can't have one English news program is beyond me.

It seems that since COVID the standard of food has deteriorated badly.The evening meal - my steak was inedible!My wife's meal was mediocre
