Hôtel Kyriad Epernay en Champagne

Location.

WiFi never worked and the staff lied about it. The front door was extremely loud and we could hear it in the room. Everybody was smoking right outside of our window. The bed was way too hard and we woke up every morning with a back ache.

Basic, clean room in a convenient easy to get to location. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early as a room was a available which was very much appreciated.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Free and ample parking in secure lot. Hotel sitting area in lobby was very attractive and comfortable, nice place to enjoy a drink. Nice one-kilometre walk down Avenue de Champagne to heart of the city, restaurants and everything we needed.

Breakfast was very good and had everything we needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helped us with some tips. The hotel was easy to find, parking very good and walkable distance to everything.

The bathroom was very small and trailer like.

We landed in Epernay by chance, and we were not too sure where to stay at a last minutes notice. The accommodations' are simple but very well maintained. The staff were amazing at every detail. Highly recommend one to stay here and walk the streets of Epernay.

We had a great stay at Kyriad Épernay. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location - just a short walk from the town center and Avenue de Champagne.Parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Pet friendly. We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful and welcoming throughout.An ideal base for exploring Épernay!

Private on site parking. Well kept garden entrance. Excellent front desk experience. Room/bathroom clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast selection with choice of indoor or outside tables. Location of hotel couldn't be closer to Avenue de Champagne. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great staff - very kind and welcoming, private secure parking.

Very basic, small and dated rooms, no air con, no kettle or coffee machine in the room, no iron. We mentioned it was our mini honeymoon and nothing was done even to acknowledge it. They charge €10 for dogs.

Excellent location. Walking distance to all the champagne houses. Friendly staff. Plenty of parkibg.

Musky smell in foyer and hallways. No windows in bedroom - No fresh air. Breakfast selection was mediocre. Beds were hard.

Super location, close to the Champagne Boulevard

It feels like in a hut, rather than in a Hotel. The construction with walls and ceiling is very thin, no isolation and neighbours noise is well noticed. Also from the shower that comprises a small plastic cabin. The room was very small. The breakfast is low average.

The location and the price !! However, the heated towel rack was pretty incredible as well :)

Perfect location just a few meters from the rue the champagne. Very cheerful staff.

You get where you pay for, a simple hotel but that’s all you need for one night.

Good 3-star hotel very close to the Avenue de Champagne with friendly and helpful staff, ample parking and great breakfast. Nice rainfall shower with plenty of hot water and comfy bed, we slept well. Overall excellent value for money in Epernay.

Room was a little cramped as was the ensuite bathroom and the curtain for the back door let in a fair bit of light in the morning. These are minor issues and we would happily stay again.
