Good location! Just a short ride away from beautiful Hautvillers. Great value for money! Nice terrace outside - perfect to have a glass after a long day. Simple breakfast. EV chargers available. Friendly staff - we could cool off our bottles at the reception.

It was close to the town centre

The reception staff were poor.We knew the facilities were basic, but the absence of a kettle was a disappointment I think the response to my review from the hotel sums up their approach to customer service very well :)

Good location for walking around epernay. Rooms are adequate but quite small, however the added bonus was aircon which is needed in August temperatures. Staff were very helpful with holding some items in their fridge for us. Shower was powerful and whilst the bathroom is small, it was manageable.

For the price I think it was good value so no complaints .

It's a convenient location and we were there only to sleep, so it was ok.

Very very small rooms and bathrooms

Just a 15 min. walk to the main street with bars and restaurants. It was clean and there was enough free parking available. Fair price for the offered facilities.

Beds were older and saggy. Bathroom was almost like an emergency camping unit and really small. Breakfast was very meager.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

We chose this hotel as it was advertised as having Electric vehicle charging, however the chargers were not working on our arrival.

Great price and location, room tiny but fine for a night, clean, secure parking, what more do you want!

The bathroom is tiny...hard to have a shower and not get everything soaked....felt like I was in a caravan. Very few french hotels provide extra pillows and the ones given are terribly flat. Please give more pillows!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast. Not more than a bit over one kilometer from the center but on an industry zone, so nothing basically on a way there. There is no restaurant in a hotel and nearby only McDonald's and Burger King. Very cheap so definitely worth the money:)

Breakfast adequate. I had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet and peaceful. But beware, on the opposite side the rooms face onto quite a busy road.
