ibis Epernay Centre Ville

Its location was fantastic. Our adult kids hung out at a local bar and made friends. Air conditioning worked well and we also liked the bar. Parking was so close a garage was right across the courtyard

Great location. Clean and quiet room.

Great location and extremely helpful staff

Air con didn’t seem to work

Great location, simple and comfortable

Breakfast was a bit basic

Great location, nice staff, clean rooms!

In the city centre and clean.

Breakfast area.

Location is excellent. Staff are lovely. Don't get ya room cleaned, get a free glass of champagne. Winner.

Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in room.

Convenient location ! Friendly staff and easy check in / check out. Breakfast was good too !

Public parking outside is expensive on market days (!)

Price was great. Location perfect. Staff friendly. Could store bags.

Room was a bit small but not an issue. Overall for value for money I would stay again :)

Convenient location, small but comfortable room for a one night stay.Across the square from access to Centre Ville parking garage.Great value for money.

Lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No face towels, only bath towels provided.Had issues with finding my booking, but the staff sorted it out eventually.

Good location

Asked a long time ago when booking for a room on a low floor - got put on the 4th, we were travelling with our old Labrador - the answer was we have a lift, nervous dogs not fans of lifts

I enjoyed the simplicity and the cozyness of the room, the staff was friendly and the overall experience was great and pleseant.

There was a specific smell in the corridors but it did not bother us.

The price is exceptional for a great location, decent rooms and good service. Bonus points that it is very dog-friendly.

Rooms are small, but wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was overpriced for what you get, so next time I would go to a local bakery.

Position in quiet central square was excellent.Car parking excellent.Breakfast very goodAir conditioning very good

Nothing!

Location , parking ,

No tea or coffee making facility and poor lights

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean.

Airco wasn't that cold. Matras was warm and not supportive. But it might be a personal thing.

The location is great, near a very close parking (you can walk with your luggage, €28 per day parking fee)Near a nice market at waking distance.

We checked in at around 4 PM all was fine. Around 6 PM we saw a note that you could have dinner and there was apparently a special hanging in the elevator. We asked the young lady of the front desk more details but with a group of 8 she wasn’t helpful at all and as our first preference was to eat in the hotel we were staying but decided to go with the family two doors down small nice restaurant with a clowns theme SARL LEZ ARLEQUI, this was great food and helpful service. The breakfast was excellent so was the lady in the Morning at the front desk!!

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The hotel is in the centre of Epernay , the municipal underground car parking is ample and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast was ample and good. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

Great location and staff were helpful with secure parking for 3 motorbikes. Thank you!

Amazing location ,Comfortable room and bed

The carpet floor , a little worn out
