Great location, the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. It’s a small, cute hotel. Also the AC was great since it was incredibly hot the days we were there.

Nothing specific. It’s an older house so there is some noise at night with creaks and things but not a problem.

Great location, very helpful staff.

We stayed in an apartment with sofa. The sofa was very loud at every move and it was a sleepless night for everyone on the room. Communication on the dog not allowed on bed welcoming you in the room could be improved as well.

A very friendly welcome after a long journey. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. I’d definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at Jean Moët at least 8 times over the years. Fabulous location. Small intimate hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Freshly cooked eggs, any style. Great French bread and croissants. What more could you want. Over the years we’ve bought lots of friends too - they love it. If you are venturing to smaller vineyards, it’s great . Then walking distance to bars and restaurants in the evening. It’s a fantastic place for a few nights

Honestly - I would have to really pick nits! Perhaps bring in some English breakfast tea!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Fabulous room size.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is quiet but close to many restaurants. The breakfast had a nice array of items (fresh pastries, meats, cheese, coffee/tea, fruit) along with custom-cooked eggs.

No on-site parking. There is some street parking (paid meter) in front of the hotel, but the public parking lot is several blocks away making check-in a challenge with suitcases.

Great location, exceptional helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable big bed, good breakfast. Provision of dressing gowns, slipper and umbrella.

Did not see staff; arrival greetings were poor.At 00:00 the fire-alarm went off. False alarm.Room not cozy; shower did not stay on its place.

It was a lovely period property in a great location. The rooms were good and the bed was very comfortable.

The only point was that the room was in the roof space so one side of the bed was very difficult to get to and had no side table. There was a very fancy toilet but it did not operate.

Fabulous location - right in the heart of the town. The staff could not have been more accommodating and attentive. Rooms were impeccably clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staying on the top floor kept noise to a minimum, although there are some low beams to be cautious of.

Nothing not to like - couple of very small maintenance issues. Overall the hotel was quiet (although I think fully booked), so there was no "buzz" of occupancy. Some may like this, but it made the space feel a little empty.
