Beautiful hotel. Private parking, great location. Staff friendly and helpful.

I could hear the sounds coming from the hallway and other rooms but guests were quiet. So not too bad. Small shower stalls.

Fantastic old hotel beautifully decorated. They are currently updating. The reception was welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. Great breakfast. Excellent private parking. Great location lovely picturesque town.

We couldn't stay longer

This hotel was perfect for our family as we travelled home through France, from the reserved parking place and the warm welcome at reception, to the superbly comfy beds and excellent breakfast. The location is lovely - right in the centre of Bernay, near a bakery, restaurants, plenty of interesting shops and the river.

Just a tiny suggestion - the bathroom could have done with some towel rails and a hook on the back of the door.

Nothing really - represented good value

The location in the middle of Bernay makes this a great stopover. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was top notch.

The rooms are basic and the shower was tiny. A refresh of the rooms would be a good idea.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable except there was no plug in the basin so shaving was not possible. We enjoyed our stay

Having to park the car in the square away from the hotel car park because of the Saturday market.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the centre of Bernay and we had private parking. The hotel is a bit tired and they are upgrading it. But the staff were lovely, very helpful. They were happy to check us in early. We had a good buffet breakfast in the morning. It was ideal for a one night stopover on our journey and good value. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom needs upgrading. The shower over the bath was pretty basic and bath slippery.

Breakfast there was plenty of choice

there was a kettle in the room and two tea bags on some days and not others days the same with the little milk pods. There weren't any cups so when there was tea it had to be made in the glasses which ,as you can imagine , were hot to handle.The bottle of water was not refreshed

The location was great for exploring the town. Breakfast was tasty.

The roads to the hotel were closed and was tricky to find our way in, but once we did we have no problems. Our only issue was the bathroom door didn't shut properly I the room.

Good location off the motorway. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and English spoken. Nice breakfast.

Small car park very limited spaces. No hairdryer in bedrooms, no cups for tea/ c9ffee in bedroom.

Bedside lights not very useful, and needed a handrail to get out of the bath.

Room was fine, seemed to be recently decorated. Location of hotel was good, found parking easily despite a market outside the hotel on the following day. Very close to restaurants. Bernay was very handy for our onward journey. If we travel that way again we would stay here again.

Location, in the middle of town

Breakfast was a little bit chaotic as reception lady also had to attend the breakfast service. Breakfast was oké

Room: Requested an extension lead and ventilation fan which was provided.. Breakfast: Basic, but OK. ( Fruit drink machine not working satisfactory.)Location: Excellent

Room: 2 Plug sockets behind Bed Head for Bed side lamps. No other Sockets available foe Kettle or the Ventilation Fan we requested.

Central location and private parking without any height restriction.

Unfortunately the hotel couldn't offer their full breakfast as advertised because of a kitchen problem, a water leak I think. Having said that they were open about it at check-in and provided free coffee, juice and croissants instead which did the job.
