Location is Perfect , That was our 5th times stay at SOTIS since I luv the hotel service and location

we we check in the bathroom was mess, maybe it was at very last minutes of preparation for New year dinner, next day the front desk was keep texting that 2 water bottle was gone (from 4) while in fact there were only two bottles of water when we went in...

I think this is the best hotel in Kupang. I paid a bit extra for the seaview room (about 70 bucks all up) but well worth it. The rooms are amazing for the price (compared to what we pay in Aus for this quality). Two lovely pools, lots of trees and right on a beautiful beach were all the locals come to play and hang out, so you can go down and meet the Kupang locals who are really the loveliest people. Staff were great, food and room service too. My first time but I will definitely be back. I met so many really nice people. Thank you so much for all you do to make it a great stay. Love your work!!

I booked Sotis Hotel on my way to Rote and it was perfect. They arranged airport pick up and dropped me off at the ferry the next day. Super helpful on my way back as well because I had to change flight and they helped re-book my booking. Clean hotel, with a lovely pool to hang since Kupang does not have too much to offer in the surrounding neighbourhood. Will be back again.

This is probably the best business hotel in Kupang, directly located at the sea. It features a pool, nice outdoor area and direct access to the local beach, which can be (because near the city) a tiny bit on the "dirty side" upon closer look but still is very nice for a little walk.Some facilities (spa, bar in the lobby) were closed during my last stay, probably because of Ramadan.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning and the relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. I'll be back for sure!

Breakfast was good and location on the beachfront was also great.

There was absolutely no pre warning before I booked, or when I checked in, that the hotel was going to hold a rave party that they called a “Halloween” party. The extremely loud music ( mostly terrible noises) woke me up at 12 midnight when it started and kept me awake until it finished at around 4am. There would have been nowhere in the hotel that you could have escaped it. The hotel management should have had an obligation to their paying guests, instead of trying to making a bit more profit by hold a rave party. The fact that there was absolutely no notice of this until you read the piece of paper placed on the bed is totally unacceptable. I will certainly not be going to stay at this hotel again.

Staff were friendly but I had to constantly get out of my seat and find someone to order Food was not simple and fresh , geared for a more Asian pallet , no muesli and very little fruit selection for breakfast

First time stayed there, impress with most of it, love the room, staff are very friendly from check-in, at the restaurant and concierge staff.

Room, food, pool, the room and the staff are very friendly, make your stay memorable. Restaurant staff Eno (sorry if it's wrong) were excellent! Will stay again for sure

The bathroom was full of black mold we did not take a shower. Housekeeping and Maintenance needs to be improved drastically. The room was very worn.
