great staff: very accomodating and helpful with special requests. The location was very convenient and the hotel is relatively new so facilities were in good shape.

Putting up Christmas decorations involved lots of hammering while we were eating which was disturbing.

Lovely property with ocean views. superb staff particularly at front office but equally attentive and friendly across other departments from Security to FB, etc.. genuine hospitality. If you are adventured enough, plenty of local food stalls along the area to enjoy some traditional food in a very casual setting.

Although everything was in order i would personally suggest to purchase larger automatic coffee machine to service breakfast, particularly when busy since current unit available might not be sufficient at times. other than that, everything was great and will definately return.

Great property and location. Views from the room were superb. Staff fantastic particularly front office team helping to arrange some transportation, etc..

Largest business hotel with good amenities in Kupang. Many rooms have seaview. Across the road is a pedestrian space on the waterfront, which is quite a rarity in Indonesia.

Upon entering the room, it smelled of smoke, even though it said no smoking was allowed in the room.On the Booking.com map, the hotel was located by the beachfront, but it was located on the other side of the road. So the sea view rooms are on a busy street.

Breakfast was awesome. A vast array of Indonesian and international cuisine, a well maintained buffet with egg and pancake stations cooking to order. Location is perfect, overlooking the bay.

One duty manager (Maria) because of whom I booked the property again was exceptional. Always accommodating and helpful.

One duty manager (Tommy) was audacious enough to say that he did not care even if I complained, unheard of in the hospitality sector.Secondly the breakfast, especially the bakery items were well below standard.

I liked the location - just a short walk to good restaurants, the free parking, the staff were nice, and even though I wasnt overly satisfied with the stay, the price was reasonable for the standard of hotel

I actually stayed twice, a couple of days apart, and had mixed feelings. I booked a dble room and was given a twin even though I protested. The bathroom wasnt fullly cleaned, the safe box was left open but was locked so I couldnt use it (it was late and I couldnt be bothered to call maintenance to fix the problem - although I didnt use it, this is something that always annoys me and occurs far too regularly). The hotel was busy, and when I went for breakfast at 7am, the dim sums and other items were already finished and I asked for more, but I was told they were "finished" even though breakfast continued till 10am ! So, finished by 7am, and no more for the remaining 3 hours - get real! I persisted, and persisted and pushed for the dim-sum - I was eventually given a special helping at nearly 8am - just cooked for me. I have stayed here before, and was looking forward to it, but this time my expectations were not met. Not impressed.

Staff is friendly and you do have the option to leave your car for a couple of days in the secured parking at 75k per day.

Very average. Not 4 start worthy. I was a bit surprised by the standards of the hotel. We stayed here twice in a week and had different rooms. They have average furnishings and both rooms we stayed in had mouldy bathrooms. The second room had an old gruffy roller blind in the bathroom. Not very appealing. On both stays the bedlinnen had stains on it. It all just felt a bit old, tired and off.

I guess there was a small stain in the sheets because I found a charge I have never seen in any hotel. 533.750 IDR (33 USD) they demanded for the “stain”. This is not even the replacement cost but the cost to “clean” the stained area of the sheets. This cleaning fee was more than half the cost of the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped with toiletries etc. The Wi-fi was excellent. It was quiet and we slept well.

The chair in our room was very dirty. Our room card keys stopped working from time to time. Our laundry was not collected on one morning despite asking the front desk to collect it. We asked for an extra bed, and it was not delivered to our room. We had to chase it up. The staff have to pay a little more attention to guest requests.
