Nice hotel. We got stranded here after a flight was cancelled due to a volcano eruption. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Mega.

Clean room, hotel, clean pool. There is a water cooler in the hallway, which is very convenient, you don't have to look for water. Breakfasts are delicious.The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, very quiet and peaceful.

Loved it! Fantastic room, very comfortable and clean.The smart TV had YouTube and lots of streaming apps, free hot/cold water refill was awesome... good to see some eco-friendly environmental care!The pool was lovely & staff very helpful.Highly recommend!

The location is close to airport, seafood resraurant, and minimarket.

We're here regularly since we are living same island. Every time we travel or make a visit to family members in Kupang we check in here.

Staff was good and also breakfast had decent options. Rooms were a little small but well equipped and clean. Drop off to the airport was very smooth and comfortable. Over all would love to be back in the same hotel once i am back.

Room size was little small.

Breakfast was great. Erick, manager was very helpful. We were able to get boat tickets with his help.

Maybe a small hand towel in the bathroom.

Everyone was super friendly, it was a really nice place too! I stayed in and ordered room service one night! Happy to have a TV.

Staff is friendly and the restaurant is all right , but the hotel and rooms are really un kept and old . Except the lobby .

Beautiful location

Loud band playing in the courtyard but they moved us to a suite room free and we slept fantastic thanks to the wonderful staff

Great location and facilities. Had a great time relaxing here for a night after scuba diving and before boarding a flight 24 hours later.

Everything need a renovation, not clean as expected. The airport shuttle works only until 1 pm.

We are living in Malaka/Timor and visit Kupang sometimes when traveling or shopping. The Neo is one of our favourite places for the stopovers. Sampai jumpa!

Nice hotel close to the airport, comfy rooms and nice garden.

They do not offer free hotel shuttle although they are very close to the airport and I would assume most people staying there use it as an airport hotel. They also cannot book bus tickets for you and dont reply to messages. Mind you, some rooms have connecting doors and the staff at the reception desk does not inform you about this.

Well appointed rooms, very clean. Great value for money. Staff were wonderfully and so helpful.

Currently under renovations. Although we didn't hear any construction noises in our rooms. It seems to be coming along very quickly though and was only in what would normally be the lobby. It did make finding the restaurant a little tricky. Not sure about pool access.
