Gym was out of orderSwimming pool temperature moderate
Nice and clean, room was very big and it was more than enough space - perfect for 3 people. Located near shops. Loved the breakfast options.
Because it's an old hotel, the bathroom pipe smells and the gym facilities is a small hot room with broken machine. So not really a gym.
The room is big and deluxe bed
Very poor internet connection. I wasn't able to access internet the whole period of my stay at all, which was very very bad!
Nice and quiet City-Hotel with large pool.
Restrictive "Policies" -- such as, not providing a clothes iron for my use, while insisting that I MUST use the laundry services only in order to have my clothes pressed.
PLEASE FIX YOUR WIFI!!!! Please put a clothes iron and ironing board in the room!
Staff was great, horel was excellent value for money.
Food wasn't the greatest but for the price i paid more than decent.
Clean service
Toilet has a strong peculiar smell. Bad smell can be smelt in the room
The breakfast its ok.pool is clean, room its bigger than expected.like to stay back again.
The wifi its quite slow
Lovely quiet hotel. The bed is so comfy!!! Really nice staff and the aircon works great. Big breakfast selection but go early, I went at 9am and nearly everything gone.
Nothing except there was no soap (I had my own so wasn’t an issue) and the WIFI didn’t work at all for me during my 1 night stay.
This is the best breakfest I ever had at the 3 star hotel.the hotel room is bigger then I espected.
nice and comfortable big bed
bfast not so nice
ok if desperate
everything was a mystery to the staff. How to take a drink order, surprised when you need a towel to go swimming, having soap to wash your hands etc. rooms and hallways are noisy and 5:30 in the morning, staff yelling “housekeeping” ringing door bells, laughing loudly and generally waking up everyone on an entire level!front desk lady was helpful though.
Bedroom ok clean every day, breakfast ok except to much cooking oil
Room full of ants, shower no hot shower + no pressure on shower
The location is close to several places so it is easy to reach
I don't know what happened with the electricity, on day 1, there was power off (blackout) and then on day 3, it was 5-6 times of power off, though they switched to power back up generator, it was annoying to change it several times when you were on the middle of important online meeting
Has more variety of breakfast choice compare to my stay when it was 1st opened
shower took ages to heat up and it just luke warm
Stayed for one night. Good varied breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and nice swimming pool.
Stated there was a free transfer to the airport but this was not available. Suggest this is taken off the booking.com website if this is not available.
