Breakfast was beautiful, we really enjoy it

The room was dirty and smells like a weet dog, cleanliness are 0, they should have put some restrictions

The hotel locations is very close to beach

Some properties of the hotel needs repair and some door handle need to replace with new door handle.thr staff sometimes forget to put two towel for my room.i need to remain them all the time.for the breakfast the hotel didnt put diet food.

I like the view from restaurant to swimming pool and beach.

The window in room 201-207 or something like broken, not safety for us. Some staff from lobby not very welcoming people ?

I appreciated that the Hotel provided me a nasi goreng hot take away breakfast when I had to depart at 4.30 am one Sunday morning for a pre-dawn departure from the airport.

Very friendly staff, great Pool, best location by the sea, but no sand beach

i like big cozy room with city view. The swimming pool looks nice but did not have chance to try due to limited time. Gorgeous view upon rooftop coffee shop during sunset .. trully gorgeous .. trully peacefull

The bathtub dirty and hot water not working at night. Since i always shower late night before sleep unfortunately hot water not working. The room has carpet on floor which looks dark color and dirty. Better keep floor without carpet.

Service from restaurant/bar staff great.

Average room, a bit tired. Very noisy corridors. Like warm showers bordering on cold. Reception staff forgot to book transfer.

I only like the grand deluxe room with sea view.

I dont like superior room at the extention building or citi view.

The large swimming pool and outdoor area were great as was the balcony. The bed was big and firm and comfy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great and plenty to eat.

The hotel is one of first big ones in Kupang and is really tired. The bedroom although it had been cleaned felt dirty. The carpet really was dirty and vey stained. It’s the first thing you notice when you walk in. It looks really grubby. Ans the room didn’t smell good. The bathroom stunk ! The drains constantly smelt of rotten eggs. We had to keep the door closed all the time. The sink tap was lose. There was no hot water in the shower. I hesitate to say it even got warm despite large hot and cold signs. It was just cold all the time. The silicone was coning away from the tiles and there was black mould in the shower. The loo seat looks like a child’s seat has been put on to an adult loo and way too small so you are sitting on the porcelain really. There is a small fridge but it was hardly worth having as it didn’t keep things cold. There are bedside lights on both side of the bed but only one switch on one side that does both lights and no power points on one side at all. Two other power points didn’t work at all. Really disappointing and I wouldn’t go back or recommend staying here when there are plenty of other place to choose from.

Problems with communication for example asking tomato ? sauce been given Chili sauce

customer service, no hot water, not properly clean rooms, noise from adjacent road, noise from revelry night club downstairs and, to top it off cleaner polishing corridors floors at 2.30am in the morning next to my room. unbelievable noise!!!!!

The Hotel and room was quite clean, the included breakfast very rich.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but couldn't resolve the issue with our non-functional safe. We raised this several times and eventually gave up...

OK if one was getting a seat to enjoy it

after 12 houres driving to get there i was told iam not booked in. i got the confirmation from the Hotel! We had to put up in the end wih Rooms we did not want.

We love everything in this place especially the staff were amazing, so friendly, very polite, professional and helpful ?

We are hoping there's No carpet in the rooms in future

Bathroom walls aren't very clean, especially the bathtub and the bathroom curtain.

Staff are not trained, not attentive, overall hotel conditions is rundown and poorly maintained.

The Gym was closed under construction but no mention on website.Faucet was broken and loose and it was leaking under the sink on our feet. Manager did not offer to fix or anything.Manger just shrugged Bad Wi-Fi in lower room.Carpet was old and gross. Not sure if they even vacuumed it. Should be replaced with tile or other flooring.I am amazed at how poorly the chalking is in the bathroom and shower. Looks like a toddler did it. I don’t understand how you hire maintenance workers with no real skills.

Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good.

Menu for lunch and supper was rather limited.Internet quality was generally poor, but when you request to increase the bandwith, then this was done.

Food variety is good enough

Room cleanliness, noise on the hall and music sounds every early morning, it was too early and the room should soundproofed
