Location clean tidy and quiet

Good location

Shower leaked , tv was not tuned in

It was clean & tidy also handy location to where I need to be.Simon was friendly helpful & chatty.

No dislikes at all.

Easy check in. Variation in colours of doors and rooms was cheerful and friendly. Could see the sea.

location was very convenient to transport some shops and numerous restaurants.Place was pretty good but maybe a little tired.still okayliked the shower and plenty hot water

only flat surface for putting things down in the bathroom was the vanity , hard to improve as small bathroom.2 seater lounge but no little coffee table to put drinks on .There was a table for 2 near the entry door though.

I slept in I woke up at 10am OMG I'm supposed to be vacating. I went seen the manger told him what's happened asked for little extra time to have a cuppa and shower before I leave. So very understanding told me I was all good to do that I will tell the cleaners to wait. I will be staying there every time I'm staying over night at Gold coast. Highly recommended

Nice clean motel l, simple yet comfortable, and the pool was refreshing for a nighttime swim. And It's just around the corner from the local shops and waterfront.

Great location, i had a quiet room away from the traffic, upstairs. Room size was fair bathroom clean and modern, off street parking and security cameras. Good selection of resturants just next door - the thai place was great. Beach only 50m behind motel, 10min drive to the heart of surfers.

Front rooms might get traffic noise(?) looks like a rough area a few dodgy types walking past.

Not Applicable. What I did like happened prior to arriving in the Gold Coast, I understood the booking policies and unfortunately I still thought that the booking policies would allow for circumstances out of my control.

I was denied access as due to delayed flight, and phone connectivity problems I did not get in contact with the hotel as my phone was flat. I experienced a situation out of my hands and there was no help extended to me from the hotel. Luckily my husband and I had friends nearby otherwise we would have been sleeping in our car that our friends lent to us.

The room was very comfortable and clean

There was only 9ne power point to plug my laptop into to do some office work and I had to pull the bed away from the wall to find it. It was strange.

The staff were so so lovely the room extremely comfortable

I thought the kitchen was a kitchenette not what I expected very basic and not even a champagne glass. Could be better equipped

Very spacious and clean. Close to bus stops to get into the city. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Would recommend staying here.

Wasn't that close to some eateries. Pool looked larger in the photos online than it actually was.

Check in was smooth, the room was clean, air conditioning worked well, bathroom/shower were fine and the bed was comfortable enough.

Facilities: two powerpoints were not working in the room (one in the bathroom, the other in the kitchenette).Parking: when we returned to the property at around 9pm, there was not an available car space for us, despite this being an inclusion in the booking. The only empty car space had a traffic cone blocking it with a sign saying "Caution - Do No Park Here". We rang the after hours bell but it was not answered, and it is not possible to park in the street nearby. Given that this part of our booking was not honoured and we had no other option, we parked on the common part of the driveway. We'd packed the car ready to leave by 6am the next morning, at which point the manager rudely reprimanded us for parking on common property and when my husband told him that there were no spaces available on our return (and still weren't) he indicated that we should have parked in the spot blocked by the traffic cone! Apparently "Caution - Do Not Park Here" is an ambiguous statement open to interpretation. My husband attempted to explain further but the manager walked back inside without giving him right of reply. A very disappointing end to our Queensland holiday.

I think it was a pleasant place to stay according to the money that you paid. It’s not a fantastic and romantic place, but it can be a room with reasonable facilities for staying. Additionally, the distance to Surfers Paradise is short

Perfect location, great price, and right beside some delicious restaurants!Rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious. Friendly staff and easy car parking.
