Easy check in and departure. Spacious apartment and friendly staff

All generally good. Bathroom could do with modernising.

We really like the location of these apartments. Right across the road from the beach, Southport SLSC, cafe and parks. The pool is set in tropical gardens with a great spa, undercover bar-b-que area, changing rooms, toilets and steam room. The views are great too and the main living, dining and kitchen area are a good size. There is also a good amount of parking available for guests and also in the surrounding streets. Last of all the views are the best!.

The lounge suite was fairly modern but needed a good deep clean, no amount of air freshener could hide the musky smell. The seats had also lost their support/springs. The air conditioning stopped working within hours of arriving but couldn't be fixed until after we'd left. Thank fully there was still air con in the bedrooms. None of these problems had any real effect on our holiday, not even the road works outside.

Good location

Old building, not clean enough, amenity such as toilet paper, bin liners and dish wash detergent were not enough for 2stays. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, dryer and laundry machine are quite old and not work properly. Laundry machine has mold… they need to clean properly to provide better service for this price… I texted property but they did not reply my message at all. Not helpful

It was a beautifully appointed apartment with everything we could possibly want. Close to beach and within an easy walk of shops and restaurants. The view from the apartment was amazing!

The reception wasn`t open when we arrived at 2:15pm despite being within their advertised afternoon check in/ opening hours (2-5pm), and they didn`t answer the phone or attend the desk because "They were on lunch!" Not a great welcome!It was great to have a carpark but ours was the worst one possible to get in and out of!

The apartment No 53 is in need of an upgrade, painting etc. Nothing serious, it just looked a bit tired.Lots of instruction manuals but none for the cook top. Would have been very useful if there had been some extra chux cloths and cleaning spray, without having to buy some.There was water on the bathroom floor around the toilet and bath tub from time to time. Noticed initially when we first arrived before the toilet and shower/bath used. Then happened a couple of other times while we were there.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The ocean view was incredible. The apartment was well furnished and well equipped. Many tourist attractions are nearby. This apartment is the perfect vacation rental!

It is too out dated. Few cracks and outdated furniture, room bathroom and decor.

Stayed in the newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Stunning, very generously sized apartment, had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen. The newly renovated pool/bbq area including spa was a real hit with the family and many others there also, steam room was a real treat but wish the lights could have been dimmed to help with the relaxation.

Only feedback, the Fan in the second room doesn't work, could have been flat battery remote possibly as this also didnt turn the light on, would have been great to have a lamp in the second and third bedrooms, but these are really minor things and it was such a great stay with the family.

The beds are absolutely terrible - old and like sleeping on the floor. We left as could only stay one night every bed was shocking. We were all up and down all night as no one could sleep. The pillows were all about 2inches thick as well and did nothing. The worst night of our lives honestly. The 4 beds need throwing out. They are so old and they have had it. Worst beds I have encountered. There was also mould in shower which really should not happen as bathroom is quite new. We feel very ripped off and would not recommend apartment 27 in this complex at all

Location was great. View was amazing from the unit. Short stroll to coffee shops and surf life saving club.

Not enough basics for a family of 5 people. More complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower soap needed.

Our initial apartment was 'budget' which I didn't realise when I booked - it wasn't clear that I was booking a sub-grade apartment with minimal airconditioning, faults and that hadn't been renovated in over 30 years. The images on the booking.com site are of the better apartments. I requested an upgrade and the staff were amazing in organising a quick changeover. The new apartment was perfect - including aircon in each bedroom and everything in working order.

View of the beach was amazing, living spaces and bedrooms generous size, TV was a huge and apartment was clean.

Staff were helpful and let us use the pool facilities when we needed to train out later. Pool was awesome, rooms were.beautiful. location perfect. Was a strange smell outside the room, sounded like they were going to fix which is good. Small changes wud have made a big difference- having hooks for towels in the bathroom and a curtain so it's not porno mirror situation when you shower lol. Wish I got app with 2 dbl beds not single beds but that was my mistake. Def would stay again.

The View from the apartment was great. Underground parking was good too

There was no air conditioning. You had to have the windows open to get any breeze otherwise unit was hot and stuffy.This meant you had road noise all night and flapping blinds etc.The apartment was dated and needed new carpets and some fittings needed replacing too.

Well located, clean. Nice views. Well equipped.

No air con in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was extremely hot despite having ceiling fans.Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work and the cooling fan in replacement of this didn’t work well.

The location was superb very close to the beach and the views were great.

The tv was not working or maybe we didn’t figure it out. There was no AC in the rooms and there was one old fan that is not really strong enough.
