Our wifi stopped working for 2 days,

Location was good. Nice and roomy.

It wasn't the modern apartment prictured in the booking ad! We had a much older one. Although it had recently had a coat of paint, the fixtures were old and quite battered in places. Didn't seem honest to advertise one apartment but receive another!

location was good, views Amazing. Good sized 2 bedroom unit with virtually a wrap-around-balcony at the rear.Good size washer/dryer. Nice sized kitchen and fridge too. Working air conditioning in main part and large bedroom. Would be even nicer during spring and summer I'd imagine too. Majority of holiday makers/tenants were delightful people to run into at the elevator, carpark etc. Abby and family lovely, caring interested caretakers/owner/management.

the sea breeze is great but if blowing back into the apartment, watch out for smoker below on floor 1 if you are on floor too as it blows back up to you.

Very spacious and clean. Front desk lady had always been helpful and responsive.

We liked the location of the hotel and how spacious is the apartment.The ladie at the reception is very kind and helpful.

We were very not happy about how dirty, dusty was the apartment. There is mold on every curtains, the oven not cleaned after the previous people, towels with marks on them, and terrible bed that was making squeezing noise at every single little movement with its terrible mattress because of what we had both of us back pain.And cockroachs ! I closed the sliding door from the shower and little cockroachs got out of the rack !Of course it was very mouldy and dirty..The apartment is at least 30 years old, it really have to be renovated and FULLY CLEANED.It's a shame because those very old flats are very spacious!

We loved the location and spaciousness of the apartment. It was clean.

The apartment was dated. The shower dripped.The appliances was old and crusty.The beds and pillows we disappointing.

Waterfront location, great walking path and view. Apartment was spacious and clean. Had all facilities you would need.

Location was good, Taxi's weren't too expensive to Harbour Town and Australia Fair

The shower floor was slippery

Older apartment that requires a fair bit of maintenance to tidy it up. It is in an older building in a great location.

This was our 3rd stay here. It's a great location and very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Location amount of room was so good for family

Just because of the weather has rained all day all night inside felt damp

Nice comfortable heaps of space

Due to weather everything felt wet but no fault of anyone just the not so great weather

Location was great, apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

Not so much didn't like but we found from the ensuite bathroom to closet, there is a strip with sharp nails in the carpet and I stepped on them a few times. And the dryer unfortunately didn't work for us but Abbey was very helpful in finding a solution for us.

Our ensuite flooded due to rotten pipes. We were unable to move to another room. The carpet was drenched and we walked on wet floor for the stay. Unable to put luggage in walk in wardrobe. Thought we could have possible be offered another day or so stay or refund as compensation . But nothing was offered at the time

Lights to the pool were not working on the night we had a bbq with friends over

Location and view great, staff very friendly and helpful

The surfaces in the room where not clean on arrival the floor was sandy and the beds very uncomfortable

the facility was handy to most things I knew the area well

the poor standard in the apartment it needs alot of maintenance done inside apartmentcurtains falling off hangers, the ensuite bathroom sink was blocked when i arrived i purchased some drano and cleared itsome areas needed a very deep clean

Location was great and undercover parking! Pool was also lovely and clean.

The unit was dirty. Everyone’s feet were black within 5 minutes of shoes off. Dog hair on the bed covers. So dusty. Everything is old and needs an update especially lights and fans. Bathroom light didn’t work. 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 nights. No dishwasher pod or pod for the washing machine.

Great location, very comfortable apartment, had all the amenities we needed. Loved the undercover parking. We used the pool and BBQ area, which were great.

The only complaint that I could mention was that when we arrived, there was one roll of toilet paper for two toilets. We had driven all day and went shopping on our way to the accommodation so we didn't have to go out again. I expected from a self contained apartment that we may have to supply some of our own things such as toilet paper but didn't expect that we would have to bring our own from the start, was just a bad first impression.

It’s close to major attractions. The big balcony and car park are bonuses. It’s quite well equipped.

It’s dated. The curtains are a bit dusty and need cleaning. Laundry detergent should be provided.
