We left after 20 minutes despite no refund being available. Man at front desk was not friendly. Room smelled, was very dated, and did not appear very clean.

The place is very nice. Its clean. Has two bathrooms.

The beds. Could be better. Only place where they lose out on points.

I did not like anything about this motel it is filthy dirty and we got a partial refund and left not long after we checked in. Do not waste your time or money like we did

Awesome view over the beach. The location was perfect; across the road form the beach, a short walk to the main Surfers Paradice mall and far enough not to hear noise from any of the clubs. the two poos were great for the kids. The staff were really good went out of their way to make us feel welcome. especially decorating my granddaughter's bed.

I had to leave, I honestly do not have anything negative to say.

The view was stunning and the location was great. Easy to ride the tram or walk to Surfers Paradise.

The bathrooms and washer dryer could use a deep clean, but they were clean.

Slightly older decor and in need of an update.

Esther at the reception desk was an absolute delight., from our first interaction with her until we left all of the staff were first class, extremely friendly and helpful. Our absolute view of the ocean was spectacular and our balcony was well used.

The location was amazing, with the light rail only 1 minute walk and a beach across the road which was much quieter and always patrolled. The views of both the beach and the river were incredible. It was just close enough to the heart of Surfers without being crazy chaotic. Wifi when worked was good as was Foxtel. Car spot although a bit tricky to scan in and out and tight to park with a big car but it was great to have. Washer and dryer were great, and although limited and old the kitchen was clean and had what we needed

The whole facility is in need of an update and repair. The pools and spa are not inviting, the spa is just a small non commercial job sticking a corner, near a very old rusted bbq, the pools were dated and smelt of very strong chlorine and the tennis court is not even half sized, not sure what it could be used for definitely not tennis, maybe pickle ball but even then it is to small. The place although kept clean is just old, mouldy in spots and not maintained well. There always seemed to be an issue either via phone or in person at reception, and not very welcoming if they were there at all. Our apartment was not what we expected, tiny balcony, bed squished in, nowhere to put clothes. Laundry facilities were good, but no washing liquid/powder provided, but inside the main bathroom, with a door that didn’t close. Kitchen was old but functional, no coffee machine/pod machine. Very bare basics. Beds were not very comfy and just a cheap Kmart blanket provided. It was fairly clean except things like blinds, windowsills, door tracks and windows were pretty dirty. It is also in the middle of a construction zone, so very noisy.

The location

Appartment was VERY different from photos shown. VERY rundown apartment in desperate need for a makeover. On arrival (late) no parking available even though part of the package. Kitchen – had very little, was unable to use it to make meals. Electric fry pan had burn marks on it. Oven dirty. Kitchen cupboards didn’t close properly. Bathrooms were dirty with hair in corners on arrival. Bathroom cabinets didn’t open easily and were dirty inside. No dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Towels small and thin, no bathmats. TV didn’t work well, had lines all through it. One bed had bugs in it when we arrived, another one was broken and dirty. I had a wonderful stay at Seacrest. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect panorama of the ocean that made for a memorable sunrise each morning. The location couldn't have been better; it was so convenient to walk to the local shops and restaurants, yet still felt incredibly peaceful and private. The beach was a highlight – it was just a few steps away, clean, and perfect for long walks in the evening. I can't wait to go back!

Location was great.

Shower leaked from hose in main bathroom - shower head had no pressure - en suite shower leaked through shower box onto floor - Mold on bathroom ceiling - bathroom tap pulls off when turning - minimal parking in basement - no wifi - room had holes in walls from where things had been replaced - cracked or broken tiles in bathroom - towel rails bent or damaged - no Netflix or connected smart tv - elevator had unpleasant odor - red ants in kitchen - bedside table draw opened by itself - towels were stained - desperately needed renovations.

Front on ocean view from the living room, beautiful sunrise. Partial ocean view from both bedrooms. Cafe next door. Tram stop within 5 minute walk. Beach esplanade right out the front. Receptionist lent us 2 brollies for the wet days.

The shower doesn't drain quickly enough. The apartment is quite dated.

Location

Some of the things was not working,not very clean , few beds were not comfortable , foxtel was not working in one of the apartments, aircon was not functioning, report it but but not fixed

It's a Great size apartment with great ocean views.

Position and an objectively beautiful view on the ocean! Been upgraded for free at check in.

Even though bigger the room was still dirty and not really ready. Not presence of people at the check in and check out and during our stay! After all just a standard stay for a couple of days

Spacious room.Great to see inside renovations taking place for tired apartments, hope they look at their kitchen areas. Great location, ocean and city views. Location was great for a medical procedure..light rail station handy to us for the appointments.Good size balcony with beautiful view and being further up from Surfers found it was quiter. Nice eatery just across the road was convenient, also.
