The view and location were exceptional

The room was clean but very tired. All the bathroom fixtures fell off... towel, hand towel and toilet roll holder

Not enough towels for stay, nor enough toilet paper, room was dusty and dirty , cups were dirty

It had a great view. This was the only good thing about our stay there

It was filthy, the small table outside with the 2 chairs were rusted and very dirty as well as the balcony. The stove and oven were very old. The stove was rusted and the oven hadn't been cleaned probably for months. Very dirty. We couldn't cook.

The view was absolutely fantastic right opposite main beach with the sound of the ocean and view of surfers, joggers and walkers. Room was a self-contained studio adequate size with decent cooking facilities and kitchen resources. Staff when onsite were fantastic (family run) really helpful nothing was too much trouble - although a little dated loved the games room, gym, sauna and pool

Resort is for sale and clearly in need of renovation. looked awful from outside and in the lobby many items in need of a deep clean and repair eg plants growing in guttering/rust and floors needing a deep clean. Lobby needs to be made more welcoming. Also asbestos removal nearby that should have been shared when booking the holiday as well as lots of noisey daytime construction.

overall cleanliness particularly Kitchen utensils cleanliness. Washroom sliding door is in terrible condition. Lobby area outside apartment was stinking with strong smell of smoking and moisture. Interior is quite old and in poor condition.

- great location, close to beach and tram stop.- secure parking- pleasant pool and hot tub- gym and games area- friendly and helpful staff- wonderful balcony views (we were on 11th floor)

- showing signs of neglect, more so than on our previous stay a year ago- room was tired, and rather unloved - bed frame was broken, although this was replaced when we mentioned it.

Location was good. Gym, Sauna, steam room and pool facilities were good.

The cleanliness was very poor, dusty, mouldy.

Parking gate needs to be opened from outside everytime we come or go out of the property..Kitchen utensils were stained and dirty. No dishwashing taets in dishwasher. No extra bin liners. Kettle was old and discoloured from inside which may cause health issues.extra bedding was very uncomfortable. Found ants in kitchen. No cleaning proves in 5 nights stay. Sopas and towels were replaced on 5th day of stay after requesting for multiple times. Room was combusted and the bathroom was extremely small and the shower area was not big enough for an adult bath. Cloth liner was wobbly and broken.Iron table was dirty and stained

Location was good and nice views from balcony of the beach and canal. Close to great public transport.

No clean towels or bed sheets in a one week stay. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (3rd time in 3 weeks according to residents). Reception closed upon arrival despite arriving during supposed opening hours. Nowhere to leave luggage in lobby. No outdoor furniture on balcony.

Room wasn’t clean, was mould and dust in room, bugs climbing over towels in bathroom ,curtains wouldn’t close properly due to being broken very dated needs some tlc,.only got 1 towel each for the week. Had to pay for the wifi, extra towels etc. Guy wasn’t happy when we asked for extra toilet paper.Check-in after hours wasn’t the easiest to follow Wasn’t aware it was also a residential place, most of the people were nice.

it is well located in regards to Caville ave.

The apartment is a bit rundown. needs new carpets and a paint job.

Location is great! Directly opposite the beach and a nice walk in to the heart of Surfers Paradise

The Apartment really nees a "deep clean" ... even the carpets felt "sticky". All plates etc. were 'grubby / sticky', a number of items were chipped and old. Only one water glass! ALL windows were terribly dirty ... seriously obtructing the views.

Very old, carpet fraying around edge of tiles, enamel on bath no longer grey stain,kitchen glasses etc dirty, smell in hallway, had to call security as someone having violent episodes in hallway, scary, cockroach under bed

The bed was uncomfortable and I had to put the mattress on the floor.Gym facilities did not open at open times, was usually an hour or hour and a half after open times which is very frustrating when waiting for it

Great location, room was amazing.Staff were amazing.

Room was not as clean as I would have liked.Cutlery was dirty and needed to be washed.

Over the road from beach, tram 2 minute walk, bus outside gate. Nice warm pool, steam room and sauna a bonus:)

Great location. The trolleys available for bringing in your luggage is a great idea. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.The room view of the ocean was spectacular.The fact that from our room we could see both sunrise and sunset was amazing.Would definitely stay again

The front facade could do with a freshen up as at first view it doesn’t look great before you get into your accommodation.

The location was fantastic, right near all the action, the beach and the light rail "Surfers Paradise North" stop. The room was very clean and a good size.

The building is very old and daggy. The facilities are dated. The pool is tiny and the outdoor area around it is not very appealing.
