The view the location,

The cooking appliances a bit old,toaster did not work very well. Laundry taps need to be changed as they were hard to open and close. The mattress was not comfortable as it was one of those twin beds put together to form a kingsize, the gap was annoying.

Very spacious and comfortable, great views of surroundings, close to the beach and cafes/restaurants/shops.

We loved the location, the pools, the staff - Rochelle went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a magical stay near Xmas. The apartment was huge and the views were stunning.

We had the most amazing stay at Oscar on main. We stayed for 10 days from Nov- 23rd to Dec 2nd, it was the best family holiday we have ever had. Previously my family and I stayed in 2023. We had an amazing experience we couldn’t wait to come back, we loved the garden view room we had last time but wanted to experience an ocean view this time. It was completely worth that extra amount we spent. The room was absolutely stunning and the view is just to die for!! exactly like the photos, it smelt so fresh and clean when we arrived. Our nespresso machine wasn’t working on arrival but the reception team are so beautiful and went above and beyond with a brand new machine.Thankyou Rochelle, Jason and Mariel for being so warm, welcoming and accommodating to my family we can’t wait to visit again!!

Nothing my family love it here

Apartment is a great size for a family of 5. Great views of the beach and is quiet at night. Indoor pool and sauna were a hit with the kids. Overall a pleasant stay for the family

Air conditioning not consistent across entire apartment. One of the bedrooms was very warm. Fan in the bedroom also didn’t work which was disappointing. Light in the master bedroom didn’t work.

I loved that they upgraded us to a two bedroom unit with partial sea views for our 5 night stay. The air con worked well & so did the internet. FOXTEL on the TV was great & it was very easy to cast my Netflix to it. Large rooms with very comfy beds. Lots of utensils to cook up a meal in the kitchen. The outdoor pool was lovely & so was the spa. It's so close to the bakery, fish & chip shop & cafes on Tender Avenue. A small stroll to the light rail where you can be in surfers paradise in 8 minutes. We would definitely think of going back again.

Not too much really, just that my hubby couldn't get in the indoor pool as it was a bit too cool for him even though it is supposed to be a heated pool. I could not swim in it after dinner as it was even too cold for me. The steam room had a mind of its own, didn't work every time I went to use it. ?

Walks to the beach, Teddar Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Terrific apartment with private areas and all the kitchenware you could want. Super size smart TV and large balcony. Love the garden view and ocean not too far away.

Everything was amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, the view was incredible. We wnt to the Gold Coast for our youngest childs 18th birthday. When I called to ask about different facilities at the resort I asked what floor we were on. I was asked what we were traveling for and I explained what we were doing and we were generously upgraded to a higher floor. I was very pleased and overwhelmed by how nice everyone was. Oh, and the pool and BBQ were amazing.

Only a couple of minor things. I think the Air Con in our room may need a service. We had to keep the balcony doors open to feel like it was working properly. I also feel that the spa with the pool needs tending to. The jets are a bit hard in some places but not really doing anything in others. That's literally it. No other issues at all.

Unfortunalty there were a few things wrong, but minor, and we got by, still had a great stay and would book again. Windows dirtyBathroom dirty Fridge leaks water inside Very minimal salad bowls, saucepan, platters, Tupperware, washing machine powder, toilet paper. Furniture quite worn and scratched.

From seamless check-in to sad departure, the Oscar delivered. Everything’s thought of. Starter packs of coffee, detergents, milk, cosmetics – everything – is waiting for you. Even old-fashioned board games...but we couldn't figure out how to plug them in.I’d suggest that a private, gated, car park is an essential on today’s wild-west Gold Coast. A little weirdly configured perhaps, but your own reserved spot awaits in the basement.

There’s construction activity right along the Gold Coast. One, very close to completion, is opposite Oscar. We didn’t experience any disruption but anybody booking a stay on the Goldie should be wary – or just book at the Oscar.

Great location very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need to cook was available in the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were handy too. It was great to have access to the gym.

There wasn't anything.

Excellent view of the ocean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom and kitchen were a little tired but very acceptable for the price. Location was great close to Tedder Avenue. Beach was disappointing as access was closed off due to the erosion.

TV didn't work in the second bedroom.

Decoration, although basically, was good, and the layout of the apartment.

A. The staff were extremely rude, inconsiderate, and borderline racist.B. The place was very dusty; the curtains had black stains on it, the toilets had a smell, especially in the shower; the towels had a smell and looked overused; the bed's red cover had stains; the floor had stains; and the Nespresso machine had water leftover, which didn't look appealing.C. After checking in, we couldn't even stay a night because of the state of the apartment; we checked into a hotel instead. Staff explicitly said we wouldn't get our refund, as for them, this apartment was clean.Overall, a very bad experience and worse service!

Stay away from this scam "resort"

This property is not a resort but a furnished apartment in a residential building with shared facilities among residents, similar to an Airbnb. It’s surrounded by construction sites, which made the stay very noisy and unpleasant. The manager was unprofessional and lacking in basic hospitality. I found a suspicious, labeled box in the fridge that said “don’t open,” which seemed to belong to someone else, possibly the owner or a previous tenant, and the manager was dishonest when asked about it.The location is far from downtown and most activities. The furniture is very old(check image), and the apartment was dusty, especially in corners and tight spaces. Overall, I didn’t feel this place was managed transparently or ethically. It felt more like a cash grab than a genuine hospitality experience.==========================================Edited after the property comments which proves the lack of professionalism I am talking about, here is my response to their comments:1. I encourage future guests to search the property’s address. You’ll see for yourself how many privately owned apartments are being sold in this building. Calling this a “resort” is a scam at best.2. Disclosing personal guest details publicly is a serious breach of privacy and a clear violation of basic professional ethics.3. Claiming to know our “true intentions” and accusing guests of lying is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns, they chose to launch personal attacks.4. Pursuing legal action is any guest’s right. A transparent, professional business would respect that, not treat it as a threat. You guys need really to learn hospitality basics.5. We chose not to share the real reason for leaving out of politeness toward the reception staff, who assured us a refund was possible. Why would we have left otherwise? Only two weeks later were we told a different story. The management’s response shows how immature, defensive, and dishonest they are.

We stayed in a 2bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment it was very spacious and had a large balcony with Ocean views. The Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly & Helpful.

Fabulous location, close to everything. Great staff, apartment was well equiped

Beautiful spacious rooms, excellent location near Tedder Ave shops and the beach is just a couple of hundred meters away.
