The location is great.

The Property Manager was extremely disinterested and unhelpful. I had a death in my immediate family and attempted to contact the property on several occasions. The Property Manager did not make any attempt to get in contact or try to offer any options.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The room was perfect; it was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including all the necessary appliances. I found the bed incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful sleep, and the TV was great, offering a good selection of channels plus movies for evening entertainment. The outdoor facilities were also a highlight—the pool was clean, and I really appreciated how comfortable the chairs around the pool were, although the black material did heat up quite a bit under the sun. Finally, the location was excellent, being conveniently close to the main street where all the necessary shops were easily accessible.

First, I had some trouble with the spa; it seemed not to be working reliably, as I was unable to get it to function during the times I tried to use it. Second, for solo travelers, checking out outside of reception hours can be a bit tricky. The mailbox for dropping the keys is located far inside the building, but you need the key to open the main entrance door. This means you either need someone to hold the door open for you, or you have to quickly hold the door open yourself while you rush to deposit the key before the door locks behind you!

The bed was rock hard got a bad back from it the tv didn't work when we arrived the place looked like a bomb site scaffolding everywhere the room had a bad odour no staff at the office after 10 am on Saturday no staff at office at all on Sunday a bit weird if ya ask me would not recommend this place at all look somewhere else I'm not hard to please but this joint was bad no lifts stairs every where we are ol farts my wife has a lung condition so 15 stairs from the carpark was a joke too bad if ya on the 3rd floor

The rooms were a little dated We had room 7, 10 & 14The air con in room 14 didn’t work

The location was good, 5 minutes walk to local shops and 15 minutes to the hub of Surfers. Convenient location for our needs.

The washing machine seemed “out of balance” and made a banging noise on the spin cycle.

The room was good, and well supplied

There was some minor water damage in the master bedroom, from the cyclone that hit the Gold Coast. This left some damage to the carpet, but that was unavoidable.

The room had everything you would need in a self serviced apartment. Secure parking and a great pool and BBQ area. The Location is well kept, maintained and clean, staff are friendly and the access to the car park is very easy.

The bathroom was a little dark, and previous guests soaps and razor were left in the shower.

Construction in progress, wasn’t able to use pool or outdoor facilities during the week, wasn’t informed until right before we arrived. No compensation or discount for this. Disappointing

The Couch was old and falling apart. The material was flaking off on my 19 month old daughter. Advised to just cover it with a sheet when the whole couch needs replaced, it’s rubbish!Black long hairs were found all throughout apartment on the floor and furniture (as picture below and put in bin).The bathroom light Switch was faulty and hazardous and aircon was faulty and leaking(Advised management and these were fixed fortunately)Foul smell in bathroom, given air freshener only when it continued to smell. Asked to keep quiet at 930pm when no noise was being made.

We enjoyed the privacy, secure car parking, staff are lovely, room had everything we needed. Enjoyed many days in the pool.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom for when using the dryer. Extra towels for ppl whom stay longer would be great.

The room was not vacuumed to a decent standard there was sand on the floor prior to our stay and the bed was gritty.

Great location. Very comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen well equiped. Was very useful to have parking provided.

Very noisy refrigerator, so noisy it woke me from sleep. And the aircon while it worked very well was also dripping water (condensation???) from under the vent. Some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers could do with a fix, or update.

Nothing, avoid this property. Lousiest on earth

We were wondering how people are rating this property so high.Out of 52 countries we have visited, this is one of the worst properties we have stayed.1. Unruly staff2. Dirty and damaged carpets3. Broken toilet seats4. Damaged sofas and furniture.5. Only 1 AC in the hall and when asked she said open the bedroom door and sleep.6. There was no lift and we had to carry 3 suitcases for 3 floors. They are living in stone age.Please remove this property from your website.Unfortunately, we had booked for 5 nights and paid for it and regret it. It was a torture spending time in this property.Because of the dusty old carpet's got dust allergy and had to suffer for whole duration of our trip.Requested for 60 mains extension for checkout, and they damaged 35$ extra charge.Please avoid this property. Their attitude is we are doing charity by giving u this property.

Excellent communications prior to arrival + good checkout instructions Compact + clean 1 BRM apartment. Approx 1.2klm walk to Surfers Paradise Beach + 15 mins to HOTA Parklands + Cafes + restaurants. 1.7klm drive to Southport supermarkets.Pool + spa small but adequate

Any matters requiring attention were notified to Reception on check-out. We were on the ground floor. There is a large outdoor patio with no fixed awnings or permanent shade-cloth. Possibly not allowed by Body Corp but would have made the outside area more pleasant + usable

buses are not frequent, you have to be able to walk over 15-20 min to the transit.

We had to move our cars out of the carpark by 6.30am one morning so it could be cleaned which wasn’t acceptable as a customer. A later time should have been scheduled.Tiles getting cleaned one afternoon so no pool access. Carpet worn

Great location on Chevron Island, only minutes to walk to cafés and shops. Only 5mins bike ride to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Apartment got everything you need, even washing machine and dryer. Kitchen also well equipped.

Could be cleaner, wine splatter on the bathroom door.

We did have a few interuptions with cleaning and pest control but had been given plenty of notice

I was hoping for the aircon ti be in the bedroom but it worked very well and kept our unit nice and chilled when we needed it
