Amazing friendly staff

The location was fantastic, facilities are awesome has a great pool, bbq area, well equipped kitchen in your unit, big tv, aircond, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers. No complaints.

The mixer taps in the ensuite were leaking in both the vanity and the shower. This lead to mold in the shower once we let the reception know they were most apologetic and were getting straight on to it

Property was in a great location and had great views and the pool was amazing

Disappointing that I needed to clean the apartment before being able to use anything.

We had a great stay, the unit was very spacious, we enjoyed the pool and location was great for what we wanted.

It was a little noisy from traffic but got used to it.

Was given the wrong information about the car space which was confusing but we worked it out.

Loved that we had a massive apartment, although it was outdated it was big enough for myself, my husband and my 2 tween boys, having the added bonus of a pool, games room and spa really sealed the deal for the kids, our room was lovely we had balconies off the lounge and bedrooms, air con which was highly needed. and available cooking facilities if needed including a BBQ area. It was right across the road from the water, and many play areas, and also a lovely cheap cafe for brekkie. we had underground carparking spaces which was very handy, close to the DFO and other shopping malls, as well as only about 105 min from Surfers Paradise

We found that our room was incredibly dirty. there were stains all over the bed side tables in the master room, like coffee had been spilt but never cleaned up. there was a giant stain under the same bedside table on the left, by the balcony side. there was rubbish left in the kitchen bins, and dirty dishes put away in the cupboards, like one plate look like it had dried food an was hidden away cos someone couldn't be bothered washing it. The room itself could do with a lick of paint as it was incredibly battered and out of date but that was okay as we got the room for a good rate considering where we stayed, accessibility to the gold coast, and amenities. but the price shouldn't reflect on the cleanliness of the room, so that was very disappointing. we were supplied with a washer and dryer but our dryer didn't work so my husband tried to fix it so we could use it, we let reception know and they mentioned they would send Maintenace, but they never showed, lucky we managed to make it work for us while we were there or we would have run out of towels and clothes

Location was great. The pool was the win! Heated and super clean. Staff were lovely. Lots of families staying was lovely for children.

There was no kitchen basics there to use you needed to go to shops for hand soap toilet rolls and basic essentials that are usually expected provided. Place was in need of a good clean. The rooms are all a big distance with tons of stairs so difficult for luggage and older people.

Lovely pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location and view.

The floors were dirty downstairs. The kitchen area floors,, stove area and tiles greasy. Main bathroom shower floor needs scrubbing. The bedcovers were old and need replacing. The balcony needing maintenance.The neighbour opening their door and watching us going out and also when came back to room. Creepy.

The accommodation was well spacious and clean would recommend it to families looking for peace and not far from the theme parks or to go to surfers paradise night markets

Nothing it was great

The staff were very nice. The lady at the reception kindly told us where to go around the area and even lend us her husband's new hat. The pool was good size and nice temperature for the kids to play. The spa was good, too.

The room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

It was a great place to stay. It has everything you need, kitchen & washing machine & dryer & a spa. We all enjoyed the pool & spa & lovely views of the water. We met some lovely people who live there & my kids had a great playing with their son. The staff were friendly & helpful we will definitely stay again. My son left his wallet behind without even realising. We were so thankful for the honesty of the staff that rang to let us know. ?

My youngest son' s bed kept moving, so he slept on the couch. He said he had a great sleep on the couch.

Location was central to Surfers paradise, shopping and theme parks

The dirty the apartment was even when telling staff nothing was done.

The apartment we were put in was filthy! Hadn’t been vacuumed or moped dust on everything crumbs and hair still all over the floor and in the bathroom , showers stunk . I asked reception to have it cleaned and they did not and never offered anything! I would never recommend this place .

The location is great with a nice park and beach suitable for kids. It is also within walking distance to a pub and some restaurants.

The unit was not well maintained, the curtains had marks on them which had been there for some time and didn’t look clean at all. The unit could do with a good overall clean. The fridge didn’t have all the shelves on the door and the shelf in the bottom of the fridge with broken.I did speak to the office about this and they moved just to another apartment, which was better but still not well cleaned or maintained.

Easy for late check in. Great location. Value for money. All in all, happily stay here again

The staff, pool, location, room, and cleanliness were all good.It was close to shopping centres and attractions.

If you have an SUV as most do the car parking spaces were tight and difficult to get in and out of.The Wi-Fi was slow and could be better.
