Lovely comfortable unit with spectacular views.

Car spaces were a bit small for the very large SUV we had.

Perfect location across the road from the beach. Two swimming pools. One outdoor and one indoor.

Very cleaned. Outstanding staff. Great facilities. And apartment were very clean.

The view, proximity to the beach, and location close to Tedder Avenue, all good. Parking and resort facilities are very good.

Our apartment, although supposedly "superior" classification, was tired and in need of painting, updating, and a good clean. Ensuite bathroom very small.

Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Very spacious unit. Easy walk to Tedder St shops. Beach across the road. Great unit, we will stay longer next time.

Squash court is being turned into a gym.

The pool and the sauna. The secured parking and location was central to everywhere.

The cleanliness was 1/10 there was dust everywhere, mould in one of the bedrooms, tv didn’t work in the main bedroom and no remote. We booked for seven days we had 2 sachets of dishwasher powder and dishwashing liquid and also 2 toilet rolls for the week in which we had to buy our own dishwashing liquid, washing liquid and bin bags. There was no multipurpose spray to wipe down benches. For the price you pay for this accommodation you would think the basic essentials would be available. Also the 4 sliding doors did not open due to broken runners.the wifi was atrocious. We have stayed in quite a few places like this worldwide and I have to say this was by far one of the worst.

Close to beach, great views, indoor and out door pools, great outdoor settings. Not noisy. Clean.And roomy.

Needed a bigger TV.

Location is good. Nice view.

The property is bit ages and lack of maintenances.Heaps dust on the side table. The water drain is very slow in one the bedroom. One of duvet has blood mark on it.

Lovely big apartment with great facilities. Loved the laundry, free parking and well equipped kitchen.

The AC unit is in the living area not bedrooms. All rooms had fans which was good.

View and location to the beach were spectacular. It was a nice quieter part of the Gold Coast.

The apartment was nice and spacious in a great location.The staff were very responsive and friendly.

The couches were dirty. And the TV in the main bedroom was not working.

Location

It was filthy. The door entry was not working had to get assistance out. They were rude and made us feel as though it was our fault the door card pass lock had flat battery and wouldn’t work. Our allocated carpark was always taken by someone else. The spa/pool had so much chlorine in it your eyes burnt within seconds. It took over 4 weeks to have security deposit returned after many emails asking what was happening. Overall for the cost o wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to friends. Advice,.. get a new cleaner one whom doesn’t leave dirty cloths around and cleans the place not leave pubic hair in shower’s or washing machines and empty the lint from dryer and cleans over kitchen doors etc. Also suggest up dating the furniture inside and on balcony.

Friendly staff and ease of check-in. Large interior living area and lounging. Clean and easy to stay

The common area interior pool was noticeably short hot tub especially. Its hard to cool of the bedroom sleeping area with A/C.

We really enjoyed the amazing ocean view. I also found the in house laundry very convinient. Overall, very comfortable place to stay.

I think there is a room for improvement of the general cleaniness of the apartment such as the upholstery, the pillows, the carpet etc.

Right next to beach. In a nice area. Have good facilities including bbq area by pool!

The outdoor jacuzzi was out of order- minor!

Location

. Not clean, Really Shabby toilets and water pressure is almost like none. I booked and paid accommodation 5 months before. 1 night before and on check out they said they can only give me 1 unit whereas I booked for 2 units as we were family of 8. Later they provided 1 unit and asked to change unit and wanted us to accommodate in 1 bedroom whereas we booked for 2. Never trust them again

Amazing view of the beach, very stylishly decorated and with large open plan living. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a lost item. I will definitely be back.
