Condition of the apartment

Great position, very clean.

Mattress was terrible, shower had barley any water pressure, air-conditioning needs to be able to be used as a heater as apartment was very cold. A couple of more blankets wouldn't hurt to have in the cupboards.

The view was beautiful, size of apartment was good & kitchen was set up nicely

Beds were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, the air conditioning was terrible, the apartment was covered in dust, had to actually pay to hire a cot that was broken and so old and uncomfortable I had to use the dirty blankets from the cupboard under a fitted sheet to give my son any comfort, the recliner couches are a safety hazard and the TV hardly worked, very overpriced seeing as I was clearly paying for the view not a comfortable stay

Great location, close to amenities and plenty of off street parking if driving a larger vehicle.We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of Main beach, although it looks like new buildings in the making could affect future viewing.The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and offered good local advice.Some of the other apartments are privately owned, we had a really good neighbor who was kind enough to tolerate the excited noise our family probably made and told us to just have fun and enjoy our stay when i spoke with him (thanks Rob).

The apartment we stayed in (we had 4 apartments in total) was a bit dated and could use a bit of a revamp.We encountered a minor issue with the aircon not working in our room but was fine for the other rooms.The dryer has significant damage to the plastic interior around the door which would indicate this needs replacing.The entrance into our unit had a sharp bit of metal sticking up in one corner which I found with my bare foot, we managed to sort that out pretty quickly at the time.The indoor pool seemed to have far too much chlorine added, which in turn caused all of the members of our group to have cloudy eyes for some hours after swimming, the person responsible for the pools should do better testing when adding contents to the pools.

Proximity to the BeachManager did his best to fix things but this room is horrible

Room should be condemned.#1 dirty#2 room needs a full refresh.#3 holes in the walls#4 Broken Drawers#5 no bathroom door would lock#6 several of us got locked in the wash room as the inside handle is broken#7 Water leaking into the main closet gave off a really nice mildew smell and became so bad it move to the hallway#8 inside windows were disgusting on arrivallWe should have been immediately moved. (only offered after 10 days)

The Staff and room were nice

Failed to tell us there is significant construction going on directly across the road, and we were woken both mornings at 6.30 am by jackhammering and other construction noises, which continued through the entire day. Absolutely would have booked elsewhere if we had of known.

The location was fantastic, walking distance to surfers, and central to other attractions.

I was a little annoyed by the construction being done in the area, and the sea view from the room was a bit disappointing. Could've used some warmer bedding being winter, and more than one roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay.

The views from our apartment were spectacular. The spacious feel of the 2 bedrooms were fantastic, that along with the 2 bathrooms, comfy living room made this a place we will definitely stay at again.

We absolutely love this place! Everything is amazing: the apartments, the ocean view, the beds and the pillows, the indoor pool and the spa and of course, the location!

If I had to whinge about anything then the outdoor pool is rather small but looks well kept. Some ceiling lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms this time (we have stayed there before).

Fix the extractor fan in the kitchen it was so noisy - a lot of the lights didn’t work especially in the kitchen.

Big apartment, comfortable table and chairs, big balcony, indoor swimming pool was lovely,

The couches in the lounge were not that comfortable, the bed was very hard, the outside area round the outside pool was quite small and there was a 'stale' smell in the apartment when we first arrived and had to buy air freshener to help mask it. The area across from the hotel is derelict so a bit of an eye sore but not the hotels fault

Location excellent with a laid back atmosphere good eateries and a great place to recharge. Highly recommended.Only comment as above in the above the apartment could do with a very good clean. Also it would have been great on a weeks visit to have 2 extra towels supplied, pepper & salt with a few other extras supplied for the odd night in to compliment eggs or whatever and lastly 2 rolls of toilet paper.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY The property was advertised as wheelchair accessible. I even contacted the property to confirm this before booking The holiday was a treat for my disabled son, and especially important to us was the 2 swimming pools Well, the hotel is DEFINITELY NOT ACCESSIBLE AND THIS REFERENCE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ALL ADVERTISEMENTS Yes, they have a lift to all residential floors, but... there are a minimum of 4 big concrete steps to each of the pools and no ramp alternatives. The doors are narrow and barely fit a wheelchair through. The beds are too low to get a hoist under. The bathrooms looked to be accessed at some stage but then had glass shower boxes added with lips preventing accessibility . The balcony was also inaccessible with a foot drop from the rooms to the balcony surface And to top it off, there was black mold behind the curtains

Fabulous ocean views from the 18th floor, spacious comfortable accommodation, great beds and loved the ice maker on the fridge. Great cafe downstairs and lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. Scored 9 because apartment a little dated but will definitely go back.

The managers went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. I needed a date change and they made it happen without any extra costs. The facilities were extremely clean and tidy. My room was well equipped with toys as well. These came in very handy as I’d left my grandchildren’s sandpit ones behind.
