Shangri-La Gardens

It's a nice place to stay outside of Brisbane. It was clean, had a travel breakfast. Nice high ceilings so felt spacious.

A little bit overpriced for what it was in my opinion.

Very clean, modern, quiet and convenient. The breakfast in the fridge is a nice surprice. We arrived at 5am and there was no problem getting into the room.

It was a clean and aesthetic place. Staff were kind and patient.

A bit hard to reach, especially if you dont have a vehicle.

I had requested an earlier check in which happened - that was much appreciated and awesome! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There was a shopping centre in a walkable distance and a couple of fast-food takeaway / pub for food options. I also enjoyed the "old school" things in the room - they had biscuits, tea/coffee and milk in the fridge!!

All the staff were very friendly. I will recommend this to my friends .Our unit was always clean .I would like to say thanks to the cleaners

There is a very big mall nearly, just only ten minutes walk. We can find three big different types of supermarkets inside. There are also many restaurants around our hotel such as Japanese sushi, Red Rooster etc.

Quite, private, the receptionist was jovial and welcoming.

The carpet needed replacing and maybe the tv be bigger

the all in one shampoo and shower gel is not enough for 2 people taking shower… but not a major issue since we brought our own shap

Clean motel room, good for an overnight stay. Easy check-in at night when we arrived late. Good tea and coffee facilities and boxed breakfast a nice addition.

Window in bathroom could not be opened so no ventilation.

Comfortable for a short stay

The restaurant is closed and it might be a little worn down for a long stay but serves the purpose for a short term stay

Room was big and bed was super comfortable.

Was asked not to adjust air con as it leaks, and wouldn't be fixed until Tuesday,it was rather warm and we wanted to turn air con down to 20 at least. Room was warm and didn't sleep well.

The parking was great since it was right outside our room and covered from the sun. It was very convenient to be able to get to our car.Cleaners were great and left a reminder note as they had restrictions on touching our items when cleaning. So we made sure we put our clothes and items away from the bed and couch so they could clean properly. Staff was awesome. Every interaction was positive and friendly, even when we left our key in our room by accident. Location was good. Very close to the plaza - it was walking distance from the motel. Plaza had everything we needed.The pool looked good, but we didn't use it during our stay.Very quiet area during the night so no complaints about noise. They had a laundromat on site but need coins to use.

The shower door made a loud noise when we would close it and we couldn't adjust the height of the shower head. The shower head was set at the highest point.

We had. the disability room.Very spacious,although another Grab rail is needed near the shower area to assist getting in or out.

Shangri-La Gardens was a great place for a stopover after a very long overnight flight. It gave us a chance to catch up on some sleep. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you need for a short stay.The motel also has a coin operated laundry and a swimming pool. Reception staff were very friendly.

Clean comfortable room, good shower.

Incorrect code sent on the booking.com app meant i couldnt get into the after hours key box without pressing the call button to get staff to give me the code.
