Clean spacious room

Nowhere to sit inside except on the bed. There was no couch in the room. The refrigerator was very noisy and kept us awake.

The apartment was huge which was great as we had 2 toddlers so much space to run around and walking distance to everything

Even though there was an event on and prices were expectedly higher than usual it was a bit steep for what the room had to offer.

Bed was good, staff friendly

I was really disappointed with the restaurant - the menu was not good and the fact that I had to buy vegetables as a side was very off putting - we had dinner one night at The Mantra and same thing - we won't go to either restaurant again - the dishes were actually quite good but they were extremely bad value for money. No microwave in the room.

Curtains in room were mouldy. Got given a room with disabled bathroom which was difficult to use even though we booked a standard room. Noisy with people walking past on the weekend.

There was only one lift so you had to wait a bit but it wasn’t a problem if you’re got time on your hands

Location. Friendly staff. We had a trike excursion booked. Had problems contacting Gray. Gray called the hotel and Annie was very helpful and sorted out the communication.

The property was located really well and central to everything we needed on our stop over from the Gold Coast.

The room we stayed in had a sofa bed that we utilised that was extremely dirty and dusty. One of our guests suffers from severe asthma and allergies and was unable to stay in the bed as she was suffering breathing difficulties. This was very disappointing

Understanding bedroom spacing was the starting point for a sleep space that’s a restful sanctuary. The design look beautiful and work beautifully too

The fridge was making a loud noise at night and we couldn't get rid of it hence sleeping was terrible.

Comfortable and quiet

It was very nice for a stop overnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All our beds were made up and we were given extra towels. Very happy with our stay here. Would definitely be back. The views from our room on the balcony were great.
