- They didn't have a ground floor room un the morning (I'd just had a total knee replacement) and when I arrived they had ask a gentleman guest to swap and he very generously did. So upon arrival there was a ground floor room waiting. Thank you very much for going the extra mile

Clean & comfortable room. The staff were friendly & helpful.The grounds are beautifully kept.It is located a bit of distance from the main shopping area but this provides the opportunity to walk around the beautiful coastline.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The layout is very nice, with a small balcony. A well-maintained garden is located in the centre of the motel, which is a lovely place to relax outside your room. The room was well maintained and had everything you need for your stay.

Almost a suite. Kitchenette with microwave and quality china, small table and chairs, comfortable 2 seater lounge, queen bed with bedside tables., modern bathroom
Unfortunately we couldn't have a ground floor room as stairs are not the best for us.

Room was immaculate. It had everything needed for a two-night stay. Great location close to Town Beach and Port City Bowling Club.

The property was extremely clean. Even though we only stayed two nights, our towels got refreshed which was for his lovely.

Small town homely property, clean and tidy.
The reception closed at 6pm, which tells you something, but the room was paid for and I did find the owner waiting at 6.20 to give me the keys. The lock to my door was quite worn and getting the keys to work was tricky. The kitchen has only a sandwich maker for cooking when most apartments have induction hob

Was asked for $100 cash 'refundable' deposit if room left clean.As I was checking out at 5am this was not required but very strange request.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the gardens are lovely and the room was well presented and very clean.
