We enjoyed our stay. Place is nice and clean, close to the beach and cafes. It is also walking distance to the koala sanctuary

Location was excellent.... straight across the road from Flynns beach. Walkable into town but it's quite hilly so we used the car. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our short trip.
The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and seemed to be even more so in the bedroom and it turned on with the light so going to the bathroom if needed in the middle of the night was challenging. The bed was very firm as well

Location to beach good. To town centre a 10 minute drive. Weather was not good enough for us to try pool. did look a bit dated though.
Stairs from car park to rooms.

Pool was dirty so you couldn’t swim. Room smelt damp and mouldy. Yes we had rain from Cyclone Arthur lingering till Tuesday but the pool and grounds could have been cleaned Wednesday morning as the weather from Tuesday afternoon was beautiful.

Kitchen sparse - only 2 saucepans and no lids, only 1 serving bowl and 1 fruit bowl. No cafetière to make coffee. Second bedroom had no ceiling fan and nights were hot. Windows need to open more.
