friendly staff, they were renovating but that didn't affect us.Room was large and had a small private patio at the back. Easy access to the pool and river.Clean and tidy. Fresh milk in fridge on arrival. All you needed in cutlery and china.Shampoo and soap provided.

The fan worked but slow was very slow and mid speed was manic... but this didn't affect us too much.

Location was great. Access was good.

No handrail for toilet or shower. The entrance door kept jamming and took a bit of jiggling to get the door lock open.

Only thing we liked was the availability at the time! ridiculously over priced room ive stayed in better for half that price !!

The manager at front desk wasnt rude but definitely wasn't welcoming .. plus the fact we paid for a family room that was not only small for the price it was old... beds not comfortable at all!! amenities like showering/ toilet passable but not for that price we stayed 1 night got in late left early but what got me most was the throw away plates cups cutlery bolws thats all that was available im still in shock over the price for that quality just wow!!

It was nice and clean, well priced and close to basketball stadium where we spent the weekend

The shower was a bit average

Very disappointing disposable cups hair on toilet seat mould in shower Dust on benches bed was not even made properly and had other people complaining of music that wasn't even passed a quarter level very low level music. But the very worst of it we won the biggest meat tray at Panthers club put it in the fridge to take home the next day and the fridge did not even work we also had rainbow Paddle Pops in there that Within an hour they were water very very disappointed and I think these are fair statements that are a very minimal for a budget hotel that need to keep in mind needs to be more than what they provide to be value for money

What could have been better well I could have taken home over $100 worth of meat that we won my kids could have benefited from an $8 packet of rainbow Paddle Pops and our stay could have been a little bit more Pleasant drinking out a cups that look like they had old residue from previous usage in them this is the poor quality hotel

Booked at short notice close to airport. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The shower went cold after 3 minutes. The bed was very uncomfortable. Didn’t look like the photos. Multiple lights didn’t work including the outdoor light

Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The room had everything needed for an overnight stay including fresh towels, toiletries, a fridge, microwave and complimentary tea/coffee/milk. The pool was accessible via the back door of the room which was very convenient.

The traffic noise was a bit loud in the early evening, but this only affected us as we were having an early night.The microwave cord didn't quite reach the powerpoint - it needed to be moved in order to use it.

The position the motel is to Port Macquarie. We have stayed here a few times before and will stay again.

There was a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t worry us at as it was fairly well muffled.

4 guests and the hot water went cold after the first shower, there where at least 14 rooms so why not have continuous hot water services? Was a note on the mirror saying keep showers short as we only have 50L hot water services.No plates, bowls or cutlery to be found until we were literally leaving and checking all cupboards to make sure nothing was forgotten, we found some disposable bowls and cutlery stashed away
