Fantastic location because of access to beach and gorgeous views. Great quality furniture - even have to take photos of it so I can look it up online to buy it. Staff were helpful in pointing us to great places to eat.

We have stayed here a number of times now, and every stay has been absolutely fabulous. The hotel is always clean, tidy, and stylish, and it’s clear that a lot of care is taken to maintain the rooms and common areas.The ocean views are incredible. Every ocean view room we’ve stayed in has had a beautiful outlook, and it never gets old. This time we stayed in a two bedroom apartment with an additional third room via an interconnecting door. This setup was perfect for us, as it gave us the benefit of an extra bathroom and outdoor area without feeling too separate. It worked very well for our needs.The rooms are spacious, and the balcony is well set up with a table and plenty of chairs, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Parking was very easy, even though we stayed during a busy time of year, and having direct lift access from the car park was a huge convenience.If I had to mention a couple of minor downsides, the lounge wasn’t very large or particularly comfortable for lounging. It was fine for sitting upright and fitting everyone, but not ideal for fully stretching out and relaxing. Also, the cafe downstairs opens early, so you can hear some setup noise if your room is at the front, which our interconnecting room was. That said, it wasn’t too bad and didn’t significantly impact our stay.Overall, another fantastic visit. The location, views, cleanliness, and room layout keep us coming back, and we would happily stay again.

The lounge was not very large or particularly comfortable for relaxing, as it was better suited to sitting upright rather than lounging. There was also some early morning noise from the cafe downstairs when it was setting up, as our room was located at the front, although it was not too disruptive overall.

Sauna was out of order as they are in all mantra hotels the pool was ok if U r sweet being seen by passers by on the street. Rooms smaller than prison cells and sheets were very rough I woke with a rash. Avoid this no gym crap place it makes mediocre look bad.SAD FACE EMOJI!!

The spare blanket was wrapped up in a packet of chips I don't know what the cleaners are doing with their time.

Our room was wonderful, with a spectacular view of the ocean. We loved the location. And the reception staff were warm, friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was presented beautifully.

This place is to be avoided. The photos are very misleading.

We were there for work on a Monday night and got very little sleep as next door was up until 5am playing music and laughing loudly. We knocked on their door but they didn’t answer. We called the number but they are offsite at that time. In the morning we told the reception who told us we should have called a patrol car! I said, I just want to sleep not call police. Then I asked to move rooms Reception lady said they were very busy but eventually found a room. Then we asked if this room would be quiet she said ‘hopefully’. As it turned out the new room had a man who left at 5am talking on his phone outside our room. If you need to stay somewhere in PM for work, try some place else. I would never stay here again. The only experience was a disaster and the service was worse.

Our room 201.1 was directly opposite a street light. Our room was lit up like an interrogation room, and we had a restless night. This was the last thing we needed after a 700Km drive and a 500 km drive next day. Your description of the room was I believe "Deluxe King size with Ocean view." We thought the room was ordinary for the price. We were given a different room which was provided on our pre booked return and was 100% better.

Spacious room, lovely outlook, friendly helpful staff, all of the equipment worked! I made a special, reasonable request to desk staff, and they assisted. I loved the doors opening onto the deck. The soap/shampoo/conditioner range was luxurious and smelt great

Minimal issuesTelevision connection issues.Bags in bins had been changed however bins not cleaned. There was a spill and ants in the bin under the garbage bag.

King room with ocean view, is false advertising. At best it would be standard room with views.If you pay for king room with ocean views, you expect the room to be big with great views high up, not level2

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable The location was perfect for the kids play area beside the caravan park and there is a new park under construction outside the main building

The room was a little more compact/ smaller than I was expecting, but it still suited our needs.
