Peak time, very expensive

It was super clean, service was fantastic, it accommodated dogs and location was great! Ethan and his partner are fantastic hosts.

Location.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable!No handwash in the bathroom. Shower head wasn’t working properly!

Cheaper than a hotel, but better than some of the hotel's I have stayed in Port Macquarie. Was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the creek. Also allowed pet's, which was great, and surprisingly quiet considering.

Pleasant spacious room with superb outdoor aspect overlooking a tree-lined channel to the sea. Great to walk our little dog along the pathway next to the channel.

Parking spot was harder to access than those for units either side of us.

Paul was very kind and friendly and beds were a welcome relief after a very long and stressful day

There was only a sheet on the main bed no blanket or bed spread

It was pretty cheap and in the centre of town. The decor was out of the 80s

It was pretty basic and right on the street.

We paid premium price during holiday season for average accomodation that was clean and had a nice outlook

Overpriced

Great location close to the foreshore and river walk. Rooms were clean and the pool was great. The Manager was super friendly and kindly gave me an upgrade to the river view and some local recommendations for meals etc.

Nice clean rooms, bathrooms felt brand new.

Great location just next to the center of town.

Comfortable and modern rooms with nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and provided great local knowledge and the pool was a hit with the kids. Very central to everything.

Overall a great experience and would stay again. The seasonal price escalations were high but otherwise it was good.

Appeciate that you can checked in late. Love the view of the Hastings river in our balcony.

Poor communication - been trying to contact the property about our late arrival due to thunderstorm, but to no response. No answers to call and emails. We’ve been worried the whole trip on the way to the motel that the reception will be close. Upon arrival a contact number was posted in front of the door for after hours. It will be nice if this number was indicated in their website. Appreciate that he opened the reception for us, but when I explained to the receptionist he seems to just brushed it off and ignored that issue as if he didn’t head anything. Unorganised - 2 towels only for 3 adults. Because we checked in late there’s no way for us to request for another towel. Also only 1 pillow provided for each person. Expired coffee. Only 1 teaspoon & 1 biscuit provided for 2 cups when in fact we paid for 3 adults. Lastly seen 2 cockroaches in the bathroom & toilet.

Paul the Manager/Owner was so lovely. We had a beautiful view of the water. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean

Very expensive one night stay.

Very small and narrow, no eating utensils, small narrow table.
