Mantra Quayside Port Macquarie

We arrived early, and the lady at reception tried her best to get us in. As they were still cleaning the rooms. She said that she would call us as soon as it was ready, and she did. Short walk to shops and beach, no need to drive anywhere unless you want to. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I have no complaints.

pool was lovely with great views and was always quiet. Parking was good and could always get a space even during peak time. The cleaners were great and non intrusive. Cookies in the vending machine were a hit with the teens!

We were on level 1. I booked a room with a spa on the balcony in the hope I could sit in it, relax and look at the water. Because we were almost at street level, there was no privacy and no view so I feel I wasted my money. There was also a hens night a couple doors down and they were extremely noisy. They broke one of the lifts which made it very inconvenient with long wait times for all.

Very quiet motel in a central location in Port Macquarie. Facilities were as expected for a quality hotel, and clean. Staff were friendly. Kitchenette was handy for a 2-night stay although we ate out during the day.

Complimentary water would have been appreciated for stays during summer.

The shower screen could have been a halve frame bigger to stop the floor outside the shower becoming wet every time we had a shower.We were worried when we used the toaster because the cord wasn't long enough to use the toaster without something overhead becoming too hot

On our first trip to this hotel - we really liked having the balcony, which overlooked the quay and water. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful heated pool and bbq area. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were lovely and location was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Great sized room, with all amenities including washing machine. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop pool. On the edge of the town centre, so handy but not noisy.

Rooftop pool was amazing! Was a great way to start the day with a swim with a view. The room was clean and everything we needed for a family of 3.

Didn't like the driveway into the carpark, we're in a small car and it scraped the bottom of it (no damage just a large noise as we entered). Everything else was great.

Aircon was extremely noisy and and made loud sounds all night. we could not sleep at all. Coffee machine was not working and the hot tub was not clean as expected.

Staff were polite.Fast and easy check in and out.Room was clean and short walk to restaurants.

+ Very spacious & clean apartment in a good location- Only one bathroom with toilet in a 2 bedroom apartment,would have been more comfortable for our group booking to have had an ensuite or seperate toilet too.

The property was spacious, comfortable and central. The staff were very helpful with anything that we needed.

Staff - excellent - no fuss extension to stay longer . Town and shopping easy - outside the door .Superb boutique bread cake shop. Custard tart like none other ( best in the world - possibly) Japanese little restaurant - not flash - But real sushi and more done by Japanese family - lunch only .. not made by Chinese nor Korean . Same taste Japan - Superb 10/10.Walk to waterfront and boating tours - great.Too handy - recommend highly if you don’t want to be close to the beach . ?

We always stay here each time we are in Port Mac. The services and facilities are consistent each time. The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything. The pool is great. The rooms have everything you need.
